You can use RO scale models. I somehow found very realistic Dash 9s in all sorts of paint schemes

There would be problems with the track model you use, however. Unless if you also size the RO-Scale tracks too.

Just find 3d models from games or online.
Examples: GMOD, Turbosquid, and CGTrader.
