Ciampa has been loyal to WWE and Triple H since day 1. He never left Triple H, even when they rebooted NXT. If there’s a guy that deserves something, it’s Ciampa.
He is literally the last remnant of one of Triple H’s boys. You can argue Roddy too, but Roddy has one foot out the door already.

Who cares about the name. We know the name, its still Ciampa. Because putting "Austin" back in theory's name is gonna make him a bigger draw.
I'm fine with the last name only , it's the what most ppl can him anyways.
Also give him his old theme back. If not possible yet, give him his other theme song from his time in NXT: silence.
I just hope we get to see 2018 Ciampa again

Props to the Miz also for giving Ciampa that chance to talk. He really does help out on his own way to help. He may be the prototypical "Sports Entertainer", but his presence and experience is very much vital.

About Vince: I think for the last year, regarding creative there was just this myth that remained, and as we know he pretty much always gave a positive feedback to the wrestles, while most of them ended up guarding catering or doing stupid comedy segment or, if "lucky" beeing booked for a storyline leading nowhere. So I guess that "myth" made Ciampa, and many others want to work with Vince, for the experience, while it is HHH who would be the guy who really knows what works and what doesn't, while Vince was more and more "just" the business man, but not the guy anymore who knew what works.

The problem with NXT was not the Pandemic, it was a reason but not the main reason NXT did not became as huge as RAW or SD. That Survior Series back then waht good move (mainly by HHH) to intoduce NXT to the more casual audience without disappoint the "core/die hard fans" (whatever you call them). Now with HHH in charge the is 2nd chance bring NXT to the nect level.
