Breaking Bad did what any show would hope to do: bring its narrative to a natural, organic conclusion while also leaving us wishing the story could just go on and on.
Yeah. That’s because they had a story to tell and they told it. Most shows that find success want to keep the show going just to earn money for the network so they drag the show on and on milking the buck. Breaking Bad said what they wanted to say then wrapped it up.
I just finished watching this show for the 3rd time. Their acting is so good that it’s weird to see em hug each other and be happy for each other in real life. That’s how believable this show was
I just finished Breaking Bad today. I have to say it: It's the BEST series I've ever seen in my entire life (I'm just 27). I wish I could see it during it's time, but it's never too late to find out a great story, great characters, great feelings they made me feel as chapters were passing by. Thanks to Bryan, Aaron, Anna, Dean, Betsy, RJ, all of them for making the best series of my life
+Anthony Lopez Sopranos and GoT do fit on that list, however, I've got to disagree on Lost. Lost was pure awesomeness till season 3, season 4 till 6 were such a trainwreck.
That has got to be pound for pound the greatest nominees for any tv award. I remember watching Bryan in Malcolm in the middle as a child and just thinking of him as a goofy dad. Then rediscovering him in my mid 20’s as an outstanding actor. I believe he is the main influence in big actors getting back into TV. And to top it off he is so humble.. excellent human.
It's so weird to see all of these actors out of Breaking Bad. All of them deliver their characters so well you just really end up believing they're their characters.
