    Perfect timing. I've been stuck on 405 lbs. For 2 reps and for some reason i can't go up on weight although the weight has felt lighter to me

      then you are getting stronger. for myself [and i am no coach or professional] if i got stuck at a certain weight, id make that my target number for adding reps over time. i mean, youre not doing this with 100%, but that can be done over time.

    It figures. I am not a fan of single leg work and so what does Sam tell me? Do single-leg work :) I know he's right and I will grumble through some sets next leg day.
