At this point i refuse to believe any character is truly dead unless they only existed in a flashback or are a smouldering pile of bones like ole Saturn here.
And even in a flashback we had Saul. Only things like Saturn, Ace, WB and Stella’s body (maybe his consciousness survived like the others’s consciousnesses did but his body is dead) where we have absolute confirmation of death can truly be believed.
@@gravethestampede3454 yeah he definitely did. Most of the fake out deaths are explainable (although Pell’s and Pound’s are much more questionable and since their “deaths” got offscreened it is better than if it was on screened)
The Figarland twist was phenomenal and I liked the chapter, but one thing I don´t like is the way celestial dragons are portrayed. They are pathetic and lazy. They have no believable personality and don´t feel like characters, more like caricatures. Considering how menacing can Oda´s villains be, I just can´t consider them a threat. Is this just me?
I think the reason vegapunk didn't reveal it was the WG that was behind the void century was because like he said he was unsure who was wrong and who was right
What you said at the end about vegapunk is funny because the whole intention of vegapunk's speech was to tell the information objectively and not take sides because he said it himself he was a pawn of the world government for so long so who is he to tell people to rebel against them just my opinion but the way oda did it was really amazing

Control the seraphim and the px in the future maybe. Another interesting take is,what if blackbeard can get the hancock ability from her clone? That could also be interesting in the future.
7:58 Lilith did not pick up greed again, she just became hungry because her connection to York was severed and so York was not eating for Lilith anymore.
Morj your biggest problem with the Vegapunk criticisms is that you believe Vegapunk to be a force for good, he was happy to allow EVERYTHING that has gone on so long as he could continue his research. He isn't picking sides, and is only presenting factual evidence. He supposes that it was the WG who destroyed Lulisia, but he doesn't know that it was, only that it was an ancient weapon, and that's the part he told.
Did y’all notice the revs revealed something important about, the op world having 3 more giants structures like tequila wolf that are most likely in the other blue’s? I wonder if they're connecting 5 places in the shape of the WG flag. Also they are all named after alcoholic beverages. Just like some of the Kings and Kingdoms. Like the Vodka Kingdom Kaido is from. So maybe Vodka Wolf either starts there, or is it's destination.
I'm more interested about what's gonna happen to the 9 vice admirals who heard him utter Imu's name as he died there. Their loyalty should have been shaken to say the least. Are they gonna tattle to Akainu & trigger the severing of ties between the Marines & the World Government? Or has Imu already sent out a warrant for them, dishonorably discharging and making them wanted criminals under the pretense that the Egghead incident was a complete disaster and an Elder Star died under their watch? That would be a convenient cover up if I do say so myself.
He didn't say Imu's name out load. He said it telepathically. You can tell because the speech bubbles for spoken word vs telepathy look different from each other.
@@damanator look again carefully. Saturn spoke his name out loud, although disjointed. He did pleadingly call out to Imu thru telepathy as he was dying, but the speech bubbles containing his dialog that utters Imu's name are clearly said aloud in 2 different panels. It's easy to mistake since you'd focus more on their telepathic dialog.
Here is my explanation for why Vegapunk didn't tell people that the World Government used an ancient weapon. Yes, Vegapunk "knows" that the World Government has an Ancient Weapon and used the mother flame to activate it, but as Vegapunk himself said in Chapter 1123, he has no evidence to back it up. He said "I know in my heart it is true... But I cannot go public with it." A major aspect of Vegapunk's speech was his expressed refusal to speak based on speculation, so it would have been hypocritical for him to name the World Government as the culprit when, as far as he knows, that is just speculation on his part.
Exactly. He's a scientist through and through so his own beliefs and opinions don't matter when it comes to communicating the science. Unless he is absolutely convinced and has evidence to support that credence he's never going to say things as facts or will at least preface everything by saying the evidence is lacking. Look at any interview with an actual top scientist. They all do this if you ask them about something that science is unsure about. They know what they know but more importantly they know and acknowledge what they don't truly know yet.
Morj should remember that we didn't hear the entire message so the parts where it cut out are likely the most important parts regarding the world government.
I have a lot of questions about Figarland as Saturns replacement. 1. Will he inherit the name Saturn, since he is not currently named after a planet like the other Gorosei 2. Will he inherit the Gyukki? And related to that, are the Gorosei’s monster forms mythical zoan devil fruits, or are they some other form of magic entirely like their regeneration, longevity, telepathy and teleportation powers? Assuming they are mythical zoans, we can presume that Imu ensures all 5 Gorosei members are mythical zoan users and provides the fruits and/or limits selection to those have it. If they are not mythical zoans but some form of dark magic, then imu can apparently grant the power to mimic mythical zoan powers and possibly any other kind of devil fruit ability. If the monster forms are not zoan devil fruits, then will imu create a new transformation for Garling or just give him the Gyukki? 3. Garling evidently carries a sword like Ethan. So is it also a supreme grade sword thst he will essentially use in hybrid form like Ethan does?
I called it back awhile ago about the Gorosei eventually infighting amongst themselves, and I think that's what's gonna happen now that Garling has joined.
The one problem i have with Saturn is why did he grab his head when the buster call on Ohara happen, like if he was regretful of that event. We saw how the Gorosei are depicted in Egghead. They are coldhearted, and have no care for human beings. I feel like Oda at that time wasn't fully decided on what they were supposed to represent. Can't blame him much, but still annoys me when i rewatch that scene.
I'm still wondering if/when Vegapunk will address the moon. In the Enel's Great Space Operations cover story you can see the "Space Pirates" which very clearly have a jolly roger representing Vegapunk's head. I had expected something along the lines of Vegapunk establishing an operation base (aside from the city) on the moon after exploratory missions there.
We can always disagree on your disagreement regarding vegapunk not telling its the wg. To me its very clear that he is impying the world gov did the lulucia attack on his speech
Would have been best if vegapunks broadcast got cut off while trying to reveal the world government as the perpetrators of the world flood. Would have been equally contrived but at least not made vegapunk look like a Schmuck.
Stella dies and each satellite will regain a bit of his personality. (e.g. if evil, you will regain evil traits). Edison is able to communicate right now with all other Satellites because of the Punk Records.
Saturn was the only that got bruised because he was technically the only one physically there. Most gorosei are just regenerating in Egghead while Saturn was tanking the shots
I just knew those damn bridges were important, glad to see them revisited here. I wouldn't be surprised if some battle of the final saga was fought on one as well. Probably Garling vs Dragon.
Saturn downplay is insane, yes everyone got a piece of him as you said but to say that makes him not threatening as a gorosei is insane. What character can go through luffy sanji Bonney kuma with multiple rounds and still comes out unscathed, literally would have won if the case was 1v1 to death. I hate how people ignore that regeneration when it’s his main thing
13:20 Here you say that Vegapunk concluded it was the WG that was responsible for the Void Century in Chapter 1123. I just reread that chapter because I don't recall Vegapunk coming to that conclusion, the conclusion which you say was the biggest flaw (him not communicating that the WG was the perpetrators of the void century incident). Vegapunk only knows that York snitched on him to Mary Geoise about his research, Vegapunk is never sure that the WG are the ones with the ancient weapons.
Stella, edison and Shaka to fix the satellite while Lilith take a grudge match against York for nearly empty the vegapunk’s brain. This is what angle about.
I think people are misunderstanding vigapunk's words, I don't think he ever really knew who the bad guy was. I think Vega punk understands what's happening and the implications of what's happening but he believes that morally he does not have a place to make that call but also he thinks that even he the smartest man in the world would not be able to tell who's right and who's wrong with the information that he has. Which I think a lot of people forget about, what if Joy boy was just wrong. What if his goal meant the destruction of the world for what he thought would be a better future. But the coalition of Kings thought that it would be too catastrophic. If that's the case who's right and who's wrong? Is it the person trying to destroy the world or the people trying to stop him?
Where's this "Garling is the strongest elder now" coming from? Garling is the only one we can compare that's for sure, doesn't mean he's the strongest at all. We know in his prime he fought whitebeard equally so I would place him somewhere along Garp's power level atm, which makes Garp's demonstration of power this Arc really meaningful too. Garling is the only one with clear "power level" of the elders. Doesn't mean he's the strongest.
I never pieced that together about Egghead, Punk Records and the current year in the story. It's 1522 in story time and it was boasted multiple times how Egghead is 500 years ahead of the rest of the world. 500 years from now would be 2022, fairly close to our own time. Also going off your Ju Peter betrayal theory, I've been watching him even closer since, so I thought the continued focus on him and being especially flustered when Garling joined their ranks was worth noting.
I think the thing about vegapunk is that he’s meant to be someone who’s incredibly book smart but emotionally an idiot. He’s very idealistic as shown by his working for the world government and developing the mother flame despite knowing they’re pretty evil. He shows almost no people smarts in the entire arc, and I think that’s on purpose, as it establishes him in that character trope of being smart but naive with people which is why he somehow thinks that not revealing the world gov as the enemy might not lead to the world tearing itself apart imo
The Vegapunk's living on as programs/ai assistants/consciences inside Punk Records makes perfect sense to me. I've seen a lot of flack for it on the interwebs. I think it aligns perfectly with the a core theme of Egghead and honestly a core theme of One Piece, in that a person only "Dies when they are forgotten."
I did agree Warcury was probably strongest but now i am still unsure and wonder if maybe Nusjuro was strongest and now Garling is.. but I think Warcury has best defense or strongest hide or skin or def armament or maybe some other quality we don't know yet idk 3:09 strong agree
Yo Morj, you were right. The youngest Gorosei dude seems unhappy about something, and he was the only one whose reaction was shown more than once when Garling was announcing his replacing Saint Saturn. That panel had me thinking he might betray imu somehow.
furthermore, if garling was already strong, he's gonna get a bunch of powerups. Regeneration, a demonic form ,and whatever else the gorosei can do, like that ranged attack saturn does
Blackbeard Marshall D Teach represents the mythical 10th planet Nibiru. The people's of the ancient Kingdom of Sumeria (also called Ur or summerland) believed it was the home of their gods who were winged giants and that it would periodically enter the solar system from the darkness bringing earthquakes and destruction. The Greek called it Tyche and it was considered to be the deity of fortune and fate. Later scientists would hypothesize on the alleged planet to be a black hole in dual orbit with the sun that they named Nemesis the dark star while others suggested it was a massive rocky world they called X. In the 80's, 90's and early 2000's conspiracy theories were super popular from it being home from the zeaten aliens home or about to come and destroy us all soon but the most popular was that whatever planet X is the one world shadow government knows about it and is covering it up.

Can we assume that maybe Vegapunk was going to mention the world government as the bad guys in his message but it was cut out when the robot was attacked? I’m sure he didn’t assume gear five was going to awaken him and have him roaming around the battlefield so he probably thought it was going to stay in place for his whole Ted talk to finish
What I’m curious about now that Garling has replaced Saturn is if Garling will have some kind of Yokai form given to him by Imu; and if he does have one, did he always have it or did he only get it after becoming a Gorosei? 🤔
I think what people missed from the chapter is all the gorosei thought they were immortal and nothing could kill them. Look again at daturnd last words the way he says them and mars as well. Saturns wors were "no it cant be 'im". Then when garling enters an explains why he is there. Mars still says dont tell me... then exclsmazion marks. Which makes me think he is refering back to saturn and wondering if he is actually dead. I thibk imu promissed them all imortality but never told he can just take that power back
Vegapunk could of told the truth about the world government in his message because there was multiple times when the broadcast cut out, but I think Vegapunk wants people to come truth about the government by themselves, that way it’s more impactful
Maybe Vegapunk was afraid that if he outed the WG, the WG would put on fast track the raise of sea levels, so maybe he thought this way the people would have more time to find the One Piece but knowing why its important
On the page where Garling is revealed as the new Gorosei we ONLY see Ju Peters's face close up. Hmmmmmm Could that mean something. Maybe a hint of his future insubordination like Corazon for Doflamingo and Urouge for Enel (if the theories end up as true)
The way the Gorosei are granted immortality at the risk of being instantly killed by Imu feels like a very classic "deal with the devil" sort of deal. Combine that with the cartoon devil tail we saw when Sabo was attacked by him and the Gorosei and the Satanic summoning circles, and, well... Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Devil is my prediction.
Something I think is worth considering is how did Imu kill Saturn. Because it looked like Haki to me. If it is Haki, it's Conqueror's Haki 100%. So the question that occured to me is "Can strong enough Conqueror's Haki straight up kill someone?"
I think VP didn't implicate the WG because he doesn't see the WG of today as the WG from the VC. He could only speculate, and he doesn't see everyone in the WG as an enemy. He doesn't know about Imu. I'm not even sure the 200 meters of water was directly done by the WG during the VC.
Morj can't think that much. His thoughts are too shallow. He think the normal civilians can take down WG immediately which dominate the world over 800 years. He is the type of guy who can easily fooled by the news.

We still don't know what those Bridgestone connect the Holy Land to that won't be affected by the flood
What a wild ride this last arc is.
Yup, yup.
I truly think we just witnessed the best one yet.
He clickbaited us chapter 1125 not released yet
@@MuhammadAreeb-qk9zc nah man it was out maybe not officially.
@@MuhammadAreeb-qk9zc then what did I read 😭
At this point i refuse to believe any character is truly dead unless they only existed in a flashback or are a smouldering pile of bones like ole Saturn here.
Yeah. If he appears again it'll be Devon and will make the fans do a double take for a second
And even in a flashback we had Saul. Only things like Saturn, Ace, WB and Stella’s body (maybe his consciousness survived like the others’s consciousnesses did but his body is dead) where we have absolute confirmation of death can truly be believed.
@@crammothyI think Saul had at least some plausible deniability. We've seen the Straw Hats survive being frozen solid in the same way after all.
@@gravethestampede3454 yeah he definitely did. Most of the fake out deaths are explainable (although Pell’s and Pound’s are much more questionable and since their “deaths” got offscreened it is better than if it was on screened)
I honestly think this one makes quite a bit of sense.
Idk why Morj can't understand the Vegapunk stuff by overthinking it. Because Lillith getting hungry is NOT complicated
The Tequila Woůf revelation was a hidden jam.
The "Frankeinstein" Vegapunk is definitely something Oda was cooking for a while
I think I know the strength of Garling
1. Warcury
2. Venusjuro
3. Garling(Moon)
4. Mars
5. JuPeter
6. Saturn
"Low diffing Kizaru" =D
Saturn's death felt like a scene from a seinen
I think the reason vegapunk didn't reveal it was the WG that was behind the void century was because like he said he was unsure who was wrong and who was right
What you said at the end about vegapunk is funny because the whole intention of vegapunk's speech was to tell the information objectively and not take sides because he said it himself he was a pawn of the world government for so long so who is he to tell people to rebel against them just my opinion but the way oda did it was really amazing
What if BN Morgans finds the flying Punk Reconds and can access it getting all the information
Garling: you im the strongest now
Warcury: no your not
Garling: yes i am
Warcury: no your not
Garling: no im not
Warcury: yes you are
Garling: thank you
fighting for land is an interseting point. Its like during skypiea they were fighting for land
Figarland doesn’t make me respect the Gorosei more. Figarland makes me respect Figarland more.
Now that Imu, the Gorosei and the Marines know that Saturn is dead, I'm wondering how Devon using his image is gonna come into play.
That plan failed. I think this makes Blackbeard fully focus on obtaining Pluton and Poseidon.
I think she'll still be able to infiltrate anywhere so long as the gorosei arent there to see it. Even if your average marine knew that Saturn is dead they'd still be too afraid to defy him. And I can't imagine them announcing Saturn's death but word will get around.
I think she could still use it to gain the highest hierarchy for commanding Seraphim
She can command pacifistas and seraphim still
Control the seraphim and the px in the future maybe. Another interesting take is,what if blackbeard can get the hancock ability from her clone? That could also be interesting in the future.
7:58 Lilith did not pick up greed again, she just became hungry because her connection to York was severed and so York was not eating for Lilith anymore.
How did people NOT realize Vegapunk’s dream was to create the internet? He explained it perfectly
9:30 So the Satellites became a satellite.
Garlic has to be whitebeard level.
Oh shit! Good catch...
Dmm Saturn's death was un expected
Saturn's death scene was one of the most satisfying scene's in the series 👌🏾 🙌🏾
Its like Oda himself took it personally on what Saturn did to Kuma
Really feels like a Garland vs Dragon fight is inevitable.
Shanks vs garling is also in the cards as that’s his father who’s probably not too keen on the path that his son walks in.
I have a lot of questions about Figarland as Saturns replacement.
1. Will he inherit the name Saturn, since he is not currently named after a planet like the other Gorosei
Imu•Blackbeard•Luffy•Akainu•Dragon•Shanks•Mihawk•Garling•Kuzan•Sabo•Kizaru•Fujitora•Ryukugyu
These are the strongest
I want to see a Garland vs. Shanks matchup far more than a Twin vs. Shanks
I'm happy we get to learn more about Garling and see the new dynamic between the current Gorosei and the newest member.

Guess with Garland taking over Saturn spot that mean that silhouette looking Shank would take over the God Knights
Most gorosei are just regenerating in Egghead while Saturn was tanking the shots
lil bro got skull joked to oblivion
I just knew those damn bridges were important, glad to see them revisited here. I wouldn't be surprised if some battle of the final saga was fought on one as well. Probably Garling vs Dragon.
Saturn downplay is insane, yes everyone got a piece of him as you said but to say that makes him not threatening as a gorosei is insane. What character can go through luffy sanji Bonney kuma with multiple rounds and still comes out unscathed, literally would have won if the case was 1v1 to death. I hate how people ignore that regeneration when it’s his main thing
Everyone has regen among them.
Main thing? Its a basic function that they all possess
Literally any other Gorosei would've come out of that unscathed cause regen is their main ability what do you mean dude?
Saturn has arlong level durability
I would his ap so is crazy but luffy can reflect it
Garling top 5 strongest in the world based off literally 0 combat feat lmfaooooooo never change OP fandom.
😂😂facts
Saturn is the Porchemy of the Gorosei.
What if VP did mention the WG but it got cut when emeth got hurt?
Gatling the MOON, makes Imu (Umi) the WATER move with the Elder STARS! G.O.D.A
I did agree Warcury was probably strongest but now i am still unsure and wonder if maybe Nusjuro was strongest and now Garling is.. but I think Warcury has best defense or strongest hide or skin or def armament or maybe some other quality we don't know yet idk 3:09 strong agree
In the 80's, 90's and early 2000's conspiracy theories were super popular from it being home from the zeaten aliens home or about to come and destroy us all soon but the most popular was that whatever planet X is the one world shadow government knows about it and is covering it up.
is saturn the weakest gorosei?? he easily showed the greatest endurance feats in the story yet
Not threatening?
This guy seriously.
So immortality and unbeatable powers is NOT threatening? It does not matter if one is a punching bag. If they CANNOT STAY DOWN, then they are always a threat
And unbeatable villian is the most annoying and threatening person there is
Some people still believe that five elders weaker than emperor lol
@@christopherlake9667 they should be! In fact they should not be a threat at all.
But
They are unbeatable
Thus they are a threat. We did not even get a confirmed threat if they even can be permantlu defeated without Joyboy Haki or Imus judgement
Can we assume that maybe Vegapunk was going to mention the world government as the bad guys in his message but it was cut out when the robot was attacked?
I’m sure he didn’t assume gear five was going to awaken him and have him roaming around the battlefield so he probably thought it was going to stay in place for his whole Ted talk to finish
oda constantly blowing my fuckin mind😭
I thibk imu promissed them all imortality but never told he can just take that power back
you forgot one thing is that vegapunk can hack any transponder snail. not sure if we gonna see that again but its possible
Hmmmmmm
Could that mean something. Maybe a hint of his future insubordination like Corazon for Doflamingo and Urouge for Enel (if the theories end up as true)
Garling may be on the same level as Roger and Whitebeard in their prime. At least he witnessed the fight on God Valley.
I hope the revolutionaries get a fully fledged ideology* soon tbh.
Morj prediction came true AGAIN....he said Saturn must bite the dust in egghead
Atlas snapped Evils' neck before sacrificing herself, possibly severing Evils connection to the other Vegapunks.
Now maybe Lilith can give Zoro what he was asking for in the beginning of the arc
Brook: SKULL JOKE! YOHOHOHOHO😂
back when CP0 was showing up at egghead. one of them said S-Bear was a "problem child". Just how much of OG Kuma is in that "clone", AND does Bonney have any say in ordering him?
The seraphim do seem to retain aspects of their original personality, like s-snake being in love with Luffy. So maybe s-bear will listen to bonney
Morj is assuming vegapunk didnt actually say who the enemy is during the period the snail cut off. …
