    #Investigating the #Causes 🔥🔥🔥🔥#shorts
    #Fires in #buses powered by #compressed natural gas (CNG) and #electric buses pose significant #risks. In the case of #CNG buses, the #compressed #gas can be highly flammable, increasing the likelihood of a fire in the event of a leak or mishandling. On the other hand, electric buses have battery systems that, though advanced, can lead to fires due to short circuits, overheating, or system failures.
    To raise awareness about these concealed dangers, it is essential to emphasize the importance of prevention and proper training for drivers and maintenance personnel. Measures such as regular inspections, emergency response training, and clear protocols for the safe management of these technologies should be highlighted.
    In the event of encountering such a circumstance, personal and passenger safety is the priority. Evacuating the bus in an orderly manner and moving away from the affected area is crucial. Immediately calling emergency services and following any specific procedures provided by the bus manufacturer or local authorities is important. Awareness and preparedness are key to mitigating risks and protecting lives in such situations.

    Electric bus battery catches fire 🔥or hybrid CNG vehicle ? The passengers safety it's the most important issue , how would you handle situation like this?
    In the recent past, multiple #EVfire incidents have caught the country's attention, repeatedly pointing to the poor quality of imported Lithium-ion (Li-ion) cells as the most probable cause.
    a circuit cut in the battery blocks of a hybrid bus caused the gas valves to burst and ended up burning the vehicle, fortunately there were no victims only that the fire spread rapidly in the surroundings of the area of the fire that later the prugia fire services managed to control

    As soon as I saw the design of the bus, I knew it was an old Iveco bus, and I soon found out that it was a 1997-1999 Iveco CityClass.
    They have never produced a battery EV bus, so these flaming buses were likely fueled by compressed natural gas.
    In my country, almost all city buses are fueled by natural gas. There have been rare explosions due to damaged gas tanks
    (passengers were seriously injured and the interior of the bus was severely destroyed, but luckily no one died), but there have never been fires this fierce.
    If not ignited, natural gas will quickly leak out and evaporate. Now the only things I can trust are diesel buses and trolleybuses!

    • @meteoritspreciusstones508
      @meteoritspreciusstones508  9 месяцев назад +2

      It is true that a short circuit of electrical origin was what caused this fire, the driver did his best to move the vehicle away from the urban center, these types of scenarios are authentic bombs detonated in our cities, what I do see is a great danger that surrounds,
      If the message arrives and we are able to imagine what limits this impact can have on our surroundings and in what circumstances it can harm people, we could know the time we have to interact to get out with the least possible damage.
      I insist on respecting the intelligence of each individual but from my point of view, both natural gas and lithium batteries are two different faces of a single danger.

    • @Snufkin812
      @Snufkin812 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@meteoritspreciusstones508 The worst scenario I can imagine is that a fire breaks out in a tunnel or traffic jam during rush hour, and the fire spreads to trucks carrying oil, gas, or chemicals around the bus, causing a huge explosion.
      Also, if a fire breaks out inside a terminal building (if there is a shopping center or department store above the bus terminal) or a bus depot at night, it will cause significant damage.
      Of course, even gasoline and LPG cars are not absolutely safe and have potential risks.
      However, because they have been studied for a long time and proven to be safe, accidents are rare in real life.
      The scenario is different for buses transporting many passengers. Buses have many complex devices, including air conditioners, so electrical problems can easily occur.
      For natural gas buses in my country, the gas tank must be inspected at regular intervals. All transport companies need to be concerned about the safe condition of their buses.
