The healthiest and most nutrient-dense part of the egg is the egg yolk. That has all of the nutrients, minerals and amino acids. The egg whites have protein but so do yolks... plus a whole lot more. You are following nutrition advice from the 1980s by removing the egg yolk. There's best combo of protein and nutrients is the whole egg - as are all other whole foods.

Although the yolk is nutritional, I think his goal was not consuming the extra fat that’s in them. Maybe he already has his fat accounted for throughout the day.

I wash all my strawberries in a bowl with vinegar & water. Dry them well with paper towels. Put a piece of paper towels in the bottom of a large ball jar. Refrigerate.. they stay fresh for 10 days to 2 weeks!

Fruit parfaits are my top snack , breakfast and all 🤣 I usually don’t put sugar in my oatmeal because I use protein powder and it’s extremely sweet already lol

I make eggs with spinach, mushrooms and red peppers (meal prep egg bites) orange and water.
Oatmeal every morning is my go to breakfast
you can put the fresh blueberry container in the freezer. They won't clump together and you can use as needed

At 5:30 a.m., I eat 4 or 5 eggs a day. And fruits in between. I'm full untill 11 am. And then a small serving for lunch. And more fruits. And my last meal between 4 - 5pm. Then I'm DONE😊

The whole food not touching has always been crazy to me because when you eat you’re eating it all at the same time anyway so it’s going to touch either on the plate, when you’re chewing or when it enters your stomach 🤣 🤣 Respect though big dawg

Quick question: I do intermittent fasting - 16/8. I break my fast but i work out without eating. Can i eat this stuff after the fast and workout or do i have to eat it before
I’m all in except for the cooking spray. The propellant in cooking sprays is literally butane. Not a fan of eating butane in the morning…………or any time for that matter. The rest is spot on. Love plain Greek yogurt. It’s incredibly versatile in so many foods and makes a tremendous substitute for sour cream. High protein and low cal. What’s not to like?

This meal is how most housekeepers and cna's eat stay full all day just green tea and water the rest of the day. Maybe kiwi and a orange for a snack
