hi CK Yew, bought your premium badminton racket protection tape, very happy with them!
Thanks for the video sir
Very very interesting, Yamaguchi actually is the first professional player I have ever known to have the tension stringed at such a "intermediate" range. So, this once again proves that tension cannot represent how well you play but your skills can.
Absolutely!
100zz 3U itself is already very taxing. Not surprising for her to not have high tension string on her racket
because she uses exbolt 63 strings which are very hard, medium tension is already very hard
@@achmadbaiquny1099 exbolt63 is not hard
Bro I am an advanced player and I would put high tension so people think I am pro ,akane yamaguchi is pro and using low tension.learned a new lesson that string tension doesn’t define you
Not Chiharu Shida randomly having jelly during an interview....CUTIE
Agreed
tf
Guess she was hungry after coming off court! 😂😂 i think it’s a gel rather than jelly 👍🏼
Nozomi is cuter
YES, THAT WAS SO CUTE 🥰
Kenta Nishimoto is playing with the Mizuno Fortius 11 Quick (only 4u i think). Mizuno made a special version of the racket for him after he won the 750 tournament this year.
Nice!!!
It is so refreshing to see how little they care or know about their equipment while we are making a rocket science about it.
More like they have played so long and had so many changes as each new version and string comes out that they just forget and have someone to remember for them.
Kodai is so cute with his little English in his Japanese accent 🥺
Can you interview their shoes next time? Thank you for this video! ❤️
Kodai is wearing the 65 at the moment 👍
Is a rare moments that Japanese player speak in english, It's cute
They’re always super nice 👍🏼👍🏼👌👌
2:34 shida is literally cutest person on this tournament 😭🥰😍
Indeed 🥰
From all your video about tension, i think i have to admit the chiinese team is the most team that very know their type n spec of racket, the weapon that they use for play on the court, not only receive it from the brand n then just play it on the court, but they really knowing the racket. Great team....
Love your content asking all the players of what equipment they’re using!! Keep it up 💯
Glad you enjoyed it!
"I can't speak Japanese, but I can tell you how to protect your rackets" -- it was super-smooth!! 😀
😂😂👌👌
my favorite player Akane Yamaguchi here !! i wait for Arisa Higashino and Yuta watanabe too... Thank you !!
thanks! finally japan team. can't wait for korean team!
Yepppp, coming soon!
Alaaa no Aya Ohori 😭.
Btw respect CK yew for the efforts to try to speak Japan 👍
ah I adore Matsutomo's confused face so much 😆
🤣🤣
shida 😍
fukushima 😍
matsutomo 😍
Wow 100ZZ so popular. I see more and more stringing higher tensions too.
wilson, wow, did not expect that, didnt know wilson made competitive badminton rackets.
well, i do think nozomi okuhara actually using a 3U racket because Mizuno Altius Feel 01 only had the 3U weight. And I do purchased one. But Mizuno Altius Speed 01 only had the 4U weight as a maybe more defensive racket in comparison.
thank you for this!!
You’re welcome! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
got a yonex ad about yamaguchi, how timely
Had no idea Mizuno and Wilson make badminton rackets!
CK, I think you did ok with your Japanese. Japanese people really do appreciate it when others try to communicate to them in their language - from personal experience as a tourist =)
I need to watch more anime I guess 😂
@@CKYew speaking of...thoughts on recent badminton anime/manga that have come out over the past few years?
Mizuno make some good racquets don't overlook them
@@magnumcyclonex is there any manga about badminton?
@@petrushka2 Yeah, there's a couple out there. Only a few have been animated.
Finally someone who uses the same racket as me, and it turns out to be the wonderkid kodai naraoka 🤣
It seem most of them are using astrox 100zz which is my favourite racquet ever on this planet earth, so I'll be supporting team Japan from now on coz they are verry fond of Astrox 100zz too....
👌
my racket is the yonex nanoray light 18i, string is exbolt 65, tension 25 and 5U
Nice video content. What is your favourite badminton racket ? Astrox 88d pro 4u/G5
It's interesting to see many Japanese players are using 100ZZ
I love all the Japanese team
Kodai Naraoka's setup is definitely interesting to try 😆
Almost beating Axelsen 😂
I use the same set up since September and so far this is the best combo I use
It will sound amazing!!! 🔥🔥😉
yuki fukushima!!!!! Thank you bro
Welcome!
Yuki and sayaka....iam very like them🖤
Yayyyyy
Wow Akane using 3U racket 💪🤯
I mean its the same as what Viktor use then 😬
Both are world champions! 👌💪🏻💪🏻
@@aldooxful akane just build different bro
@@ryoodie1388 I guess so 💪
What different ?
Wished Watanabe Yuta was here, love to hear about his set up.
I interviewed him at the All England so you can check out that video 👍
4U for MD, 3U for XD. #CMIIW
Lets go Kodai!
Very good info.😉
100ZZ is so so popular racket that most of the pro doubles players use followed by 88D pro. Wow.. very few takers for nanoflare. Very very few arcsaber 11 pro and one 7 pro 😁😁
i thought the same, but i dont get why is it like that? Can you explain?
@@saschafirst could be due to the series. Singles players need more of attacking and clear should be good and prefer head heavy and stiff rackets..where nanoflare is more of head light and ideal suited for defensive game style. On the other hand arcsaber is more of controlled even balance all round racket..hence astrox 100zz is very popular singles racket - head heavy stiff
@@venkataraman1988 exactly, but thats why im wondering why they all play such an offensive racket like the 100, because for doubles it also brings some disadvantages like less control or slower defense and so
@@saschafirst hardly players play doubles with 100 zz.. it is either 77 pro or most popularly 88d pro ...
Front court players opt for control n even balance. Like arc 11 pro, 88s pro etc. I d suggest watch CK's racket string n tension videos ..
Okuhara Nozomi 😍😍😍
i never think that they vaguely guess their equipment, i thought that something really important to them that they supposed to remembered it
amazing series
Glad you're enjoying it, a few more to come!
There's a lesson to be learned here. Look at how many of the players barely know all the little details of their racquets.
It's because their gear isn't their focus. They just pick up what feels good to them and prioritize their time on improving their own performance and skill.
That's the right way to improve as a player.
Stop spending so much time scrolling through shops trying to find that perfect racquet and the perfect string to combo it with, and just pick something up and work on yourself.
Also, I'm very happy to see this many NF800 users. It warms my soul. Ahaha.
the problem is we dont have 24/7 and get paid to work on ourselves like they do, neither do we have professional coaches and doctors to attend to us. so while we do what we can in improving ourselves, thats limited, hence we also do all we can to get the best racket thats suitable for our play style, cuz unlike these professionals, we need all the help we can get, a better or worse racket makes a much bigger difference for us than for them
They're sponsored. They have access to unlimited amounts and selection of everything.
I think that focusing on gear isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as you don't get too caught up on thinking gear is everything to a player's performance. For me, looking at different badminton related equipment is a hobby and I find it fun just doing research and exploring the different technologies and materials that go into a racket.
I buy my rackets in a shop where I can get from time to time 4 to 6 rackets for a few days for testing purposes. I haven't bought a racket since 25 years without having tested it for at least 3 hours. Have a smash! Célestin
Do you have any idea that Kevin’s string? It looks like recently changed from ABB
Is he come back to bg80?
Hope you can interview team Indoneisa
yuki tension is 32! imagine how strong her hand wowww
Powerful
It sounds amazing when she unleashes her smashes!
Chiharu Shida so damnn CEEEEEWWWWWTTTTT
I like KOBAYASHI YUGO&HOKI TAKURO
They are so cute and handsome❤️
💪
Misaki, nozomi, akane.my most fvrt players lots of lov from India
👌
Bro please help with that, aeronaut 9000 vs voltric zforce 2,,, i need power and also which recket is more strong build. Please let me know. And sorry for bad english of mine.
Shida seems to be shy
Thanks CK! Please ask about their shoes as well
they change their shoes too quickly
FINALLY TEAM JAPAN
Yayyyyy
Yamaguchi 's Raquet equipments are unique
Which part is unique though?
@@bubblebubble50 the tension she plays is very low. It's fascinating she plays attacking games with low tension
@@lussie8547 Probably because she uses the thinnest string Exbolt 63 though. The thinner string you use, the lower tension is recommended.
@bubblebubble50 exbolt can be hard on the shoulder at higher tension. It's a great string I encourage players to try it
@@jw-vx8im I use Exbolt 65. I love it.
Anyone know what weight of 100zz did hiroyuki endo used? 3u or 4u
西本拳太
フォルティウス11クイック
33ポンドは高いな!
11クイックのラケット動画待ってます!
My racket is Bladex 900 Max Moon 3U string n63 @ 28x30
Out of all the Asian countries, it seems the Japanese players spoke and understood English the least?
Can you review the astrox 100zz vs the axforce 90 max tiger? Pleaseee
the girls are all kawaiiiii
but I'm curious about Aya Ohori's racket, and Kanta Tsuneyama.
did you meet them?
Did you find out what ax force 80 yuta watanabe is playing?? 3U or 4U
Yuki is love ❤
Thats one attractive women right there
Hi CK! Can you ask about the grip size next time? It seems G6 grip only for sale in Japan, are they all use G6 grip? Thanks😉
Can you upload, Indonesia badminton team player Rackets, Strings and Tensions please?
That’s coming soon! 👌
I think we all agree that chiharu shida is adorable, but nami matsuyama's smile though.....
Sir i have lining g force 9500
Suggest me a perfect string for that
And perfect tension for it
Please do the Korean team also
surprisingly so many pro players don't know their own equipment 😅
akaneee 👏👏👏👏👏
Hiroyuki Endo Use Yonex Astrox 100zz 3U&4U ???
As per Yonex website information, max tension for the Yonex Astrox 88D Pro is 28lbs. But in you video they are saying tensions are 32lbs and 30 lbs . How this possible? Are they using special edition of Astrox 88D pro??
Max tension actually more like recommended tension. U ofc can string your premium yonex racket >30, but ur racket wont last for long time
Yonex sell different version than the athlete, they know we like to string high, so they sell the racquet which actually can't string high as the athlete racquet.
That's the way they make money.
So cute💕
chiharu too cute
Shida i love you 😍
What's the current that nozomi wears
Hi CK, could you do review on astrox 77 pro? Thx
I plan to 👌
Hi Ck, I need some advice, I am a doubles back court player, and i am trying to decide between Ryuga 2, 100zz, thruster f enhanced, please give some advice
They're all great, its up to what you prefer
@@CKYew thanks so much
@@CKYew but do you think thruster fe or 100zz, both 4u, which one will be preferably better in terms of doubles
0:23
Mayu Matsumoto Wakana Nagahara 😍
😊😊
Love those video's - CK you are the f**** BWF Wiki for Badminton Rackets and Strings ;) if a player forgets it they will definetly call you
😂😂 it’s funny because some of the players who didn’t know when I spoke to them at the All England earlier this year now their rackets and strings this time! So I think it’s working 😂😂
@@CKYew I think so too. Personaly I don't like to make the grip until the shaft - @AllPro's write me I'll get you a trimmer ;)
It’s the cool look 😉
Shida has the "what is happening right now?" look on her face...😅🤣
😂
what is yuta watanabe racket now?
Okuhara ❤
👌
Shida said she uses 98 in the last interview, did she change or was there a translation error?
I heard 95 in this one and even the translator also said 95 so I guess its 95 🤣
@@CKYew well, time to break the 98 on my nf800 and put on 95 😂
😂 the 95 will NEVER break! 😂😂😂
I’m Japanese, and as I heard from their interview, they chose the wrong strings (98) when they had a first interview by CK.
They usually use the nanogy-95
Shida😘😘😘
5:00 is it me only or Yuki is really cute here 🙈🙈🙈
Coming up next asking the thailand players
only a few countries left (korea, indonesia, india, thailand, chinese taipei) so have a guess 🤣🤣
what is racket used by miyazaki?
Hello CK may i ask what the difference between 100ZZ and 100ZX??😅
If not mistaken the ZX is made is taiwan, only the frame is same same ZZ, the shaft also made in taiwan and it is not solid inside
what does it mean when it’s 2 different tensions like 25x27 when it’s not an aero bite? do they have 2 different rackets with different tensions?
then cut the string to do the 4-knot stringing. Same string can be cut in 2 part for that.
@@NP-Channel what’s the difference between 2knot and 4knot
2 different tensions for the mains and cross strings. for 25x27 then 25 is the mains tension and 27 is the cross tension
Today's episode was so awkward 😂 Props on trying to speak Japanese though!
There’s no context in these videos but everyone’s always really nice 👌
When is the Indian group coming?
It's a shame not knowing what racket and specs he is using. Kodai Naraoka cares so much about racket though his dad said Kodai requested a new racket for his birthday present when he was younger and have been trying so many different rackets since when he was a little boy.
I don't even watch for the information, i just watch to see how the players interact irl lol
😂😂
Man...I was waiting for Pearly &Thinaah!@!
did you get permit to ask those questions from Japanese badminton association?
What do you think? 🤣
Misaki Matsumoto is a forever Wilson player
whats for u ask, they are profesional n offcourse their racket too
I think the most expressive face is shida
I have to say, you knew the player's rackets than the players themselves 🤣🤣
I have spoken to a fair few of them previously 🤣
Macam mana dengan injury kamu? Sudah bertambah baik ke?
Yuki Chan ❤ テンションは32、他のペアに比べて高いなあー。😂
Powerrrrr 💪💪💪🔥🔥
I really like these videos, but can we remove the doorbell sound throughout the videos? My dogs just go crazy when I watch this lol
😂😂
