    Very very interesting, Yamaguchi actually is the first professional player I have ever known to have the tension stringed at such a "intermediate" range. So, this once again proves that tension cannot represent how well you play but your skills can.

    • @venkataraman1988

      @@saschafirst could be due to the series. Singles players need more of attacking and clear should be good and prefer head heavy and stiff rackets..where nanoflare is more of head light and ideal suited for defensive game style. On the other hand arcsaber is more of controlled even balance all round racket..hence astrox 100zz is very popular singles racket - head heavy stiff

    There's a lesson to be learned here. Look at how many of the players barely know all the little details of their racquets.
    It's because their gear isn't their focus. They just pick up what feels good to them and prioritize their time on improving their own performance and skill.
    That's the right way to improve as a player.
    Stop spending so much time scrolling through shops trying to find that perfect racquet and the perfect string to combo it with, and just pick something up and work on yourself.
    Also, I'm very happy to see this many NF800 users. It warms my soul. Ahaha.

    • @niajef
      @niajef Год назад +3

      the problem is we dont have 24/7 and get paid to work on ourselves like they do, neither do we have professional coaches and doctors to attend to us. so while we do what we can in improving ourselves, thats limited, hence we also do all we can to get the best racket thats suitable for our play style, cuz unlike these professionals, we need all the help we can get, a better or worse racket makes a much bigger difference for us than for them

      I think that focusing on gear isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as you don't get too caught up on thinking gear is everything to a player's performance. For me, looking at different badminton related equipment is a hobby and I find it fun just doing research and exploring the different technologies and materials that go into a racket.

    As per Yonex website information, max tension for the Yonex Astrox 88D Pro is 28lbs. But in you video they are saying tensions are 32lbs and 30 lbs . How this possible? Are they using special edition of Astrox 88D pro??

    • @88momon
      @88momon Год назад +1

      Max tension actually more like recommended tension. U ofc can string your premium yonex racket >30, but ur racket wont last for long time

    • @gengkece8731
      @gengkece8731 Год назад +1

      Yonex sell different version than the athlete, they know we like to string high, so they sell the racquet which actually can't string high as the athlete racquet.
      That's the way they make money.

    すごく思ったのが。バドミントンがサッカーやテニスといったスポーツより未だにマイナーなのは、トップ選手が国際試合で活躍してるにも関わらず、外国語が全くできてない部分も大きいと思った。海外からの人気を強めるのも大事だし、評価も変わると思う。

    • @sqh4249
      @sqh4249 Год назад +3

      サッカーとの比較は海外リーグの存在の差で説明できる。テニスとの差は歴史の差、スポンサーの差、欧米人の人気で説明できる。外国語能力はあまり関係ないとは思うが、強いアジア選手がもっと英語でアピールできればもっと人気が出るとは思う。

    굉장히 의외라고 생각되어진게 세계적인 메이커를 가지고 있는 일본에서 본인이 쓰는 라켓무게, 거트, 텐션에 대해 잘 모르고 있는듯 보이는 선수가 있다는 것에 충격적이네요. 영어로 질문해서 당황했기 때문이라고 생각되긴 합니다만…
