There's already a second season confirmed so more episodes than just 6. We know from the trailer there is at least Jackals (which I think are in episode 5 based on the episode trailer.) I have a feeling the last few episodes this season will be a lot action with all of the Covenant species.. maybe saving hunters in armor for the last episode. At this point in the show, the humans are not even at war with them yet, but it seems like that's where the story is headed once the humans figure out what the rings actually are and then both humans and Covenant are going after it.

FYI Your video title says EP 1x02. It should be 1x03
