wait....these full races were uploaded days after the race weekend but we can only watch them only in 2025? (Sept 29th when i'm writing this) Imagine if Indycar is a Free To Air series, everything would've been accessible on this channel
The hybrid system used in IndyCar has a very low capacity. It stores energy in supercapacitors rather than batteries, and they can't hold as much charge. It's more like the early F1's KERS system, which could only deploy for 5-6 seconds per lap. You can't really save fuel with them in their current state. Maybe the 2027 car can incorporate a more sophisticated hybrid.
I say the restart is on p2. The leader was keeping his pace, but p2 just kept creeping up closer and closer. And than they make contact, while the green comes out, that slows down both just a bit to creat a mess, i think p2 shouldve kept the distant and not start creeping closer and closer so late
I say it in f1 all the time but also to yall. The oval caution rule should be the same on road and street races when the track is declared wet. So we can race saver in worse conditions than currently
Poor Malukas, did nothing wrong and it was his race to win. Hope he does well at Foyt and moves to a top tier team in 2026.
We love Indycar racing.
I’m glad that Gateway was a night race again
That first lap push by Herta was A+
I still can’t believe I witnessed this irl

Might be some agreement between indycar and NBC that prevents them from immediately uploading full races.
Haw will it be on FOX?
I don't get why they use so little hybrid!? It would make sense to use hybrid to save fuel.

@@AlonsoDVJ Seems perfect, lift and charge into the corners, deploy a few seconds out of the corners. Why wouldn't that work?
