By all the reviews without riding any of these I'd go
      1) DJI Amflow *
      2) Canyon Strive:ON
      3)Spec Levo
      * (Would have to drop off the DJI for now bc that would require selling a kidney for me to afford top spec and not available in the U.S. yet anyway.)
What?...No love to the Orbea Wild that everyone else seems to gush over??
Thanks for all the great reviews!

I’m a Santa Cruz fan-boy and got a chance to pedal the Vala. Very fun bike! That said, the same day I tried out the new Pivot LT. I had to go with the Shuttle! First few rides on the LT and it’s so good! Fun and poppy enough on mild trails, then comes alive on DH. Coming off a Levo Gen3. Also great! Haha. So many good ones out there right now! Good vid.

@@kinaceman yes. Demo’d one last fall. Put 40 + miles on it. Awesome bike. A bit underpowered tho, especially with no range extender. I’d rather have the Vala, especially with only a 4-5ish lbs weight penalty and tons more power and range.

Just tried the Santa Cruz Vala and the Heckler SL back to back. Vala has slightly better motor, a bit more power uphill and is 2kg heavier. For me it was the Heckler SL as a clear winner. More agile, more fun, easier to ride and suited my style much better. I'd take the downhill agility of the Heckler SL over the slightly more powerful motor of the Vala.

If so did your upgrades improve the flex feel? Theres also talk that it gets overwellmed in chunk and its more trail orentated even with upgrades. Do you agree somewhat with that? 👌I love your rebuild Amflow👍.
Your choise of suspension is very nice, because Öhlin TTX22M as a option at the rear is very nice, but as nice as Fox Factory DHX2, because there is not easy to get hold of spare parts if you have Öhlin and living in Sweden now a days😖.
I have 4 pice of Öhlin 36 170mm - 180mm forks and the only fork I am satisfied with is the one and only coil fork.
The Öhlin forks have to small air chamber to get the fork to be as smooth like the Fox Factory 36mm or the Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate 35mm as have a bigger air chamber.
You have to "sacrifice" the ramp up chamber volume to get more air volume and get it just a little bit softer, witch make you lost the meaning with this Öhlin special ramp up.
The Öhlin air chamber is own separate part in contrast of Fox or Rockshox hwo have their air chamber in the over fork leg, witch gives them more volume.
There is no meaning to have one 180mm fork that you only gets 150mm travel from😂.
This Öhlin forks is fore havier people than 85 kg on a havier Emtb, with wrists as Arnold Schwarzenegger😂😂😂.
I am now gona take some time to figure it out some way to increase the air chamber volume in my Öhlin or rebuilt thees forks to colil forks😉.
    Wish me luck😂

Hi Sam….with the new Magic Mary’s what is the rolling resistance like? looking at some of the information online Schwalbe has said the rolling resistance isn’t the best and this is why they made the Albert, a new tread pattern designed to combat rolling resistance due to the radial construction.

@@SamsBikes Very questionable rationale... In fact, it reasonably brings your credibility into question. If your policy is simply that you don't include bikes that you haven't been able to test in your list, then it would be somewhat understandable. But to claim that you are good at reading geometry and understanding the brands, etc. - as a basis for not including ANY bikes that you don't test? That is BS and not cool....

So never buying first of whatever a company is doin, lesson learned.
