This is a phenomenal video, I've been mixing my own work since about 2008 - 2009. I'm still learning myself, but one bit of advice I could give is to notice that all of his moves are deliberate. There is no wasted motion. I believe when you can achieve the sound that you want with the least bit motion you're going in the right direction...barely any plugins. The source recording is very important. A good recording makes mixing easier.

My mixing sometime I think becuz I'm using the hack version it doesn't have all the effects I watch other videos and do just what they say and it don't even be close
I think we've all been there...😅 Everyone's setup is obviously a little different, but I think if you apply these principles from this training, you should be getting pretty close! Pro Tip: Don't be afraid of doing more Compression or more EQ, always do what you feel sounds the best for your scenario.

my main problem is getting mud out of vocals. I'm using stock plugins so this will definitely come in handy!
mud in the vocals is somewhere around the 200hz and 300hz area. Multiband compressing also works amazing for balancing the frequencys.
