I surrender! I am raising my white FLAG. You two enable me in so many ways. Whether it is a pattern, a fabric, or reminder of there are so many good people in this world. I had loss my hope for this world, but you both rejuvenated my belief, if cross stitchers were in charge, the world would be full of happy, laughing, sharing, caring, and communicating people. Thank you for your love and kindness ❤
My son displayed a flag on Memorial Day. A woman came into his yard and demanded that the Homeowners Association requested its removal. Since he is a veteran it did not go well. He later found out she was some random person trying to cause neighborhood problems. The flag stood!
I liked the new addition of the red flags on the tables in the stitch room. It was so helpful.

I was SO happy to see the OPEN flag at Keepsakes on Friday as my sister and I parked the car… we were finally there (after driving from Tennessee). We were blessed to meet the entire team-seriously the best! Sorry y’all had to keep stepping over us as we were going ga-ga over the magnificent linens and fabrics! and yes- if I lived in Ohio, I would absolutely love to work there!

Another great flosstube. I only do start-a-longs because I can't stay on track for more than about 1000 stitches. And to get that far, someone has to be standing over me, telling me why I should keep going. Love the beach ball bag and the flag. You guys are good at tempting me to go off my plans. Keep up the quirkiness.

Hello!! I am so glad that you all had a great time at Stitch Con 2024!! I enjoyed watching so many of the recaps. I live in Massachusetts where 1 minute the house is hot and humid 🥵and I cannot tolerate that, so then I out the AC on to make it feel frosty!! 🥶 Luckily my husband and I agree on the house temp. Phew! There is no way that I can stitch on all of my WIP’s without being cool.
Frosty doesn’t want the temperature to get hot, or he will melt. ❤❤ Welcome back. I’m so happy to see and hear your voices. ❤❤ I am proud to see our flag blowing in the wind. ❤️

I was driving down the road on a very hot day. I had been doing yard work all day. I saw the open flag waving so I decided to stop at Wendy’s for an orange frosty. It really hit the spot. Happy stitching !!!
I really missed you two hot gals!! So happy you had a fabulous time at Stitch Con and during your well deserved break. Tomorrow for the 4th, I'll be waving a flag wearing my Just Keep Stitching Tee shirt and sweating like crazy in the 113 degree temps here in AZ. Unfortunately, it only gets frosty for about 2 days in January... That's the extent of our winter in the Phoenix area. Ugh. Hope you both enjoy your stitchy time together during Steph's vacation. Great to see you gals back on Sunday evening. Although strange enough, we had a frosty morning in Ohio, but the humidity is not far away. I took time in the cool morning to hang my flag on the porch in honor of the 4th. I’ll be stitching the holiday away. Hope you will be too!

I want to start out by saying:I MISSED YOU TWO!!!!!!! Pam, you and I are the same age, 29 for the 40th time. I too stitch everyday. I make sure all my housework is done, then don't bother me, I'M STITCHING. The flag bundle is so cute. Thank you for sharing.
Oh Steph! I am also stitching the Mill Hill baseball. Started last fall during playoffs but put it away when the Phillies lost to Arizona. I just got it out again and stitch during the games. So fun, and I totally get your love for the Sox as I feel similarly for the Phillies! I just love baseball and have fond memories of my little brother and I listening to the poor Cleveland Indians games in the late 1970s while we shot pool in the basement of our non-air-conditioned home in North Canton, Ohio, to try and stay cool! I was the scorekeeper and my dad was the manager of my brother's little league team. Baseball ⚾️ is a great sport!

Though I'm thrilled that Stitch Con went so well for you both and that you had some nice time off to recover and recoup and enjoy Pam's birthday. Happy Birthday Pam! I'm also a June baby, my date is near yours I believe, only I turned 70! EEEEEEK~!! I mean, what a number. Enjoy the last 1/10th of your 60s! Btw: It got very hot where I was for most of June (Denver) but I tried to stay frosty at all times, waving my freak flag whenever and wherever I could! 🥰

Fun fact - I live in Youngsville NY and it tickled me to hear you mention it... it's a very tiny town about 6 miles from the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.

Happy birthday Pam! I can't think of a better ballpark to spend a weekend in. (Even being a Mets fan lol) My best friend lives in the greater Cincinnati area and is a season ticket holder. When the All Star game came to town she invited me to share the festivities with her, and it was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. 🪡👠

My nephew went to Scotland for a gulf tournament last month and they had a great picture of all the kids holding their countries Flag it was an amazing picture he’s 12 years old and was very excited for this opportunity it was great.

Was so glad to see you both at Stitch-con B!! What a blast. Loved seeing my friend Athena was the gold flosstuber. I have to tell you a story about how Athena and I became friends. It was my first Stitch-con. I knew Athena because she had purchased bags from me but never met in person. I didn’t go home on Sunday like I do now because I didn’t realize people would be leaving that day. I did finally get to meet Athena there in person. I told her she was so tall and she told me I was so short (so Athena 😂). Anyway I ended up alone at my table since everyone was gone. Athena came up to me and told me to join her table where I met other new stitchers who have since become my friends😊. Athena and I hang out at retreats when we are both there and she has room for me at her table. Athena is a ton of fun and just a super caring person.
Our flag is still out and it’s super hot so I’m sending my husband out to get me a Frosty😊

Welcome back! We have missed your weekly updates. I’m looking forward to seeing updates on the Carolyn Manning pattern. I’m a big fan of her designs and have three going right now. They are great projects when you need an easy pattern. Love the patriotic patterns, esp the flag. . I have my flag flying if it’s hot or frosty.
