    0:26 made me really hungry lol.
    I'm a 45 year old guy who has around 10% body fat and really want to get down to that 8.5% - 9% range.
    Definitely will add Acetyl-L-Carnitine & Green Tea Extract to the mix.
    I never actually realized Caffeine was a big part of weight loss. I've been a on low calorie diet for years, and consume a lot of caffeine, so I guess unknowingly, I helped myself.
    Also, I LOVE hot sauce, and had no idea Capsaicin was also good for weight loss. Definitely happy to hear that!

    If I'm drinking a cup of coffee every single day +pre jym + shred jym it will be very high amount of caffeine .. so maybe it will help for fat loses but it's also will make heart stop ..

    Hey Jim, are the supplements you mentioned in this video safe for women? At the amount you suggested per day? Excluding fish oil and caffeine- I’m not worried about that

    I used to really love to listen and use Dr. Jim's advice but when you click bait like this just to try and sell your products, not good. Aside from a good diet all you really need is maybe protein supp and hard work in the gym.

      Really, WTF you talking about. He literally cites the research from his studies and shows you how to build your own supps and is transparent AF and you try to run interference when he exposes so many shady things others do. SMH

      @@leepancheetah you sound like you are just a Jim cheerleader. I don't know him, but I have watched videos over the years and he is not the most honest guy in the world. He uses his PHD as a tool for people that know nothing about nutrition to capitalize and sell his products. This is the man that claimed he had clients gaining 20-30 pounds of lean muscle on his 12 week shortcut to size. Anyone who knows anything about fitness knows that is impossible.

    Your channel has turned into one big commercial for your stuff! Which by the way ya protein shit gave me the shits for 2 days and I've been taking many different ones over the years and never experienced it this bad ! And I don't wanna hear cuz it better/natural bullshit ,I've bought stuff i know is natural /good ,I've made my own ,etc and tried yours twice ! Guess what same shit ,the shits!

      Jeremiah Roark when a person who has a PhD understands that tattoo inks are poisonous to the human body. He is not a Doctor , He is a PhD. So everyone thinks his smart. So why the tattoos?

    This guy talks to much. Just down protein and watch your macros and intermittent fast and eat clean and you’ll get results
