0:26 made me really hungry lol. I'm a 45 year old guy who has around 10% body fat and really want to get down to that 8.5% - 9% range. Definitely will add Acetyl-L-Carnitine & Green Tea Extract to the mix. I never actually realized Caffeine was a big part of weight loss. I've been a on low calorie diet for years, and consume a lot of caffeine, so I guess unknowingly, I helped myself. Also, I LOVE hot sauce, and had no idea Capsaicin was also good for weight loss. Definitely happy to hear that!
If I'm drinking a cup of coffee every single day +pre jym + shred jym it will be very high amount of caffeine .. so maybe it will help for fat loses but it's also will make heart stop ..
Hey Jim, are the supplements you mentioned in this video safe for women? At the amount you suggested per day? Excluding fish oil and caffeine- I’m not worried about that
I used to really love to listen and use Dr. Jim's advice but when you click bait like this just to try and sell your products, not good. Aside from a good diet all you really need is maybe protein supp and hard work in the gym.
