It's like a type of darkness capable of curing depression.
agreed!
I think its because it makes us feel less alone.
YES! Great observation 👌🏻
Or relishing in it and allowing it to comfort us. It’s music like this that made me decide to take it up last year.
Music talks in ways words cannot. It's a form of counselling where we dont talk back, only listen.
Focus on the music and it will neutralize some of those negative feelings.
Just listened to it for twelve seconds and already I imagined a whole fantasy storyline.
I am an aspiring 19 year old Screenplay writer who's been hard at work all my life to write something that I can truly say is my own. When I listened to the first part of this masterful piece I started to write a complicated and brutal revenge tale which went against my own beliefs and morals. I wanted to tell the story of the killer and victim both equally with nothing pulled back. For this reason I stopped writing it, as I wasn't able to connect with the story or characters fully like I would've liked. But today I found this, and when I listened to it everything immediately clicked. I now know how to truly write this story and make it my own. One day when I am in my late twenties or early thirties, I will contact you guys to buy the rights to both cello pieces to use them in the film. Thanks for the awesome inspiration! Keep on making amazing instrumentals :)
wow....well we are super happy it has been a great help to you!
So proud of you. You have this world by the horns!
It helps connecting with a story with experience of the subject material.
Embrace the darkness that is within you and use it for your creativity.
Darkness doesn't equal being bad, everyone has his/her own dark side otherwise their would be no balance.
@@viviblaat5831 is this a star wars reference I sniff?
This woman feels and lives what she plays. That makes everything better about this masterpiece.
I understand this "dark" music might sound sad to some, but to me this music makes me feel some of the HAPPIEST I ever felt. I have persistent depressive disorder where I feel an undertone of sadness on a daily basis despite a lovely life. I kinda describe it as I experience the world through a blue tinged filter everyday. Anyway - I feel like this music resonates with thatt dark part of me but instead of amplifying sadness, I feel beauty amplified. I feel like this music is the soundtrack to my day to day, and it makes me really happy, because there's a beauty you can only experience through sadness. The weeping of this cello as an example. Super thankful to have found this music!
It's magnificent .... very powerful.
well spoken
🧡
Sounds like you have dysthymia but at least we have this music that seems to be the only thing that understands us.
This song truly gave me chills if art is how we decorate space music is surely how we decorate time
glad you enjoyed it!
@@HendyampsStudios it's a beautiful peice
This kind of darkness comforts me. I want it to last forever
if we could hear the soul of a cello, it would be like this
agreed!
That moment in life when you feel it in you bones. The warmth of youth has slipped through your fingers and although you still have time to live, You know that the best has gone and soon shall you
There is no surer way to get in touch with your humanity than to share your life with an animal you love, and until one has loved a dog, a part of one's soul remains unawakened, and it's an wondrous recognition how much you've changed since your dog has become a part of your life.
Dogs love us without reservations or conditions and, by their example, teach us to live and love better than we could without them. Anyone who has loved and been loved by a dog knows the bonds that are formed and knows only too well the heart break that comes when they leave us.
It’s an honor to have these dogs in our lives, and as dog owners, we never have enough time with our best friends. If the kindest souls were rewarded with the longest lives, surely dogs would outlive us all.

Uffffff touching my heart, touching the very soul of my heart, making me lose my soul, making me lose my mind, making me addicted, Music > Love, cello my fav especially combo of cello and rabab
My 12 year old son cried listening to this . He said it was so beautiful and hopes to be able to play this one day . This is his first year starting on the cello
Listening to this is like getting a deep brain massage, but it also works on the soul you forgot you had. Pure and through.
Well said.
Feels like a Dark Soul Safe Hub
I like to imagine stories when it comes to instrumental music. this makes me think of people going to battle or a war. Maybe to get more specific, 2 lovers are in the troupes and they are trying to keep comfort with one another, only for one to get severely injured, or even both injured. Reminds me of Violet Evergarden as well.
I haven't played the cello in over 26 years, since high school when I was in the orchestra.. I miss those days.. when I came across this video.. it inspires me.. I want to get back to playing again..thank you
That's awesome!
Do it. Same with me: was in band for 8 years, in orchestra for only a semester. Today I am buying a cello off of Craigslist
Wow - almost as stunning as the Duchess of Cambridge’s gold dress - classy and one of a kind!!!
thanks!
I got so excited when I saw Act 2 was released. I was not disappointed! Absolutely amazing
Yay!!
You should post them in a single video.
Imagine this: You sit on the highway mountain top playing this... and now the entire world is under your control. Everyone is hypnotized by the music. What do you do with eveyone, how will you run the new Planet Earth ruled by you?
I’m listening to this while high. The feeling I have listening to this brings me tears and laughter
If this stunning composition doesn't evoke a story to unfold within your mind.., then nothing will.
A cello player has nightmares its called Canon in D.
I loved it thank you.
If this song just would not end I would happily forever listen to it. 😍
Act III just got released. =)
It's a Life Anthem Certainly ✳️🌹🕊️✳️🌹✳️🌹✳️
Imagine this in a tv show like Game of Thrones or The Witcher. Give me goosebumps everytime I hear it!
yes!!
Sad, dark, and inspiring, evoking emotions of melancholy, loss, and most of all, cold isolation.
Don’t forget you can listen to these pieces on Spotify and Apple Music! open.spotify.com/artist/334aHOT3wVlxMcwUI3Xg1P?si=mP_eUXPeTuWLCqOg2LRHjg&dl_branch=1
Thank you all for the support!
Much like Amir I too am writing a novel and find this song to truly capture the depths of a character who experiences a grief so deep that it drives her to split her very soul. Never stop making music.
more always is on the way!
The constant noise in the background is so beautiful and eerie.
we think so too!
This feels like my theme song.
Goose bumps the entire time listening to this
medicine for the soul ... absolute magic
listening to this... makes me feel like a mafia vilain who just lost everything and is planning to avenge his loved ones
Beyond my comprehension to express how good this is. There has to be an act III
Please make it happen
it is going to happen!
@@HendyampsStudios The hype is real! Thanks
A sullen pirate ship, lost and forgotten at sea.
Floor boards creak and ache under the Captains feet. The crew is tired, starved, even lost and forgotten themselves.
The storm pushed them off course and had stolen 8 of their members. Starvation in the midst of stealing three more crew mates.
The sea was a rough and unforgiving force of nature and every single man on that ship knew.
“My men.” The captains voice bellowed across the deck.
“You have been brave and loyal. True and strong and for that I owe you everything but it’s time for me to go.” The crew knew exactly what his molasses coated words meant.
The end was here for all of them. The captains boots clicked and the floor boards aches louder then they have before, almost begging for her Captain to stop.
He stood on the edge of the wall and looked over his remaining crew.
“You have served me well.” He took off his hat, his sword and his coat. Throwing them on the deck. His body fell backwards and all was silent except the winds.
Truly deep and touching. A perfect bond with the original song. Again, my gratitude and respect.
thanks!
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for this magical piece! I am sitting here crying my eyes out, this is so stunningly beautiful, cleansing and liberating from all worries and burdens of life. The instrument speaks to the soul.
glad you enjoy it!
Sometimes music is perfectly matched to a memory. I give my tears to the memory this brings back, EVERY time. Its better than therapy. Its like a fresh perspective and the ability to go about myvday renewed. I wish she could live forever.
The way you can see how she feels the music. The grace. Just wow.
Fell down a rabbit hole and landed here.
Glad I did. Beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous.
Glad you enjoyed it!
From the first few seconds, I was intrigued. Absolutely lovely. Thank you.
you are welcome!
HS student who is currently writing a Cello Quartet piece, this gave me some inspiration on what I want to do. Thanks for the inspiration and the beautiful music, its truly a masterpiece
Thank you so much! Good luck!
I listened to act 1 and felt the music. To me it represented the state of our country and everything falling apart in the world. The music is pleasing and somber but it is beautiful in how the strings reverb the emotion you convey. But it isn't all dark and hopeless. I hear a little hope in there, I hear strength and I hear something telling me that just because things are coming to an end that doesn't mean that is the end of everything. Beautiful work.
excellent writeup! Love it!
Beautiful doesn't capture the depth of the music and artistry. Love this piece and the cellist's delivery.
Many thanks!
The way she is feeling it and making expressions it feels like she and the cello both r sharing their sorrows and comforting each other
Its so beautiful
it does seem that way actually!
Look I don't comment... But this! Holy f'ing night!!! Not only is the music beautiful, you can hear the heart of the instrument and feel the passion of the musician! this has to be the most soul touching piece of music I have heart in many many years! Standing O for you!!! Thank you for blessing us with this magical music!
Wow! Thank you so much!!!
Brooding, melancholic, SO emotive, and gorgeously played. I LOVE LOVE the unbreaking pedal tone and how it slowly builds! Bravo Hendyamps and Aimee!
Thanks a lot!
Astoundingly melancholy yet hauntingly beautiful
=)
The most serious cello music i've Ever listen..🙌
glad you enjoy it!
I'd imagine this song playing as Edmond Dantes sees Chateau d'if in the distance.
agreed!
Chello is a top 🔥🔥🔥
agreed!
Is it me or does the cello remind us of all the great and sad moments of our lives? Drums and beats are what i grew up wth as an islander from the Pacific but dammit, i am deeply moved by the cello!
I am 17 year old and apreciet your music, wait i can play like you.
Brought tears to my eyes. Amazing how music has the ability to stir profound emotions. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece.
The type of music playing in the background when you get stranded on an island during a typhoon while watching your ship break apart and all its men lost to sea.
Even when listening on my shitty laptop the Cello just captivates me, takes me on a journey in my mind
So glad you are enjoying it!
What a magical music❤️❤️❤️
Thanks!
I feel that nothing else in sound other than the voice can put to picture true desperation, suffering or agony, in the way the Cello or vocals do. Mesmerizing, thought provoking in so much as it causes me to reflect on thoughts or ideas I normally ignore. It’s extremely therapeutic actually! Thank you for your creation. Thank you for your contribution to the human race expressing itself using a tool that allows for that expression to come forth. Truly beautiful in the purist way.
I look forward to these cello pieces and frankly the only reason I subscribed a while back. They are always so captivating.
glad you enjoy it!
Gorgeous❤❤❤❤wowwww
thank you!
These videos always help me through my headaches ♥️ keep up the good work!
Glad you like them!
How does one get lossless copies of your work. Lets face it mp3 is only ok.. Amiee is an amazing cellist and Handyamps guys know how to make a fantastic recording. Bravo.
Thank you for touching every nerve i have
This is just PERFECT. The performance, the sound, the visuals... Fills my heart.
getting chills, thank you for making my mind to remember every detail of my past, birth to till date 🥺😭
Nice listening for a full moon
Music music music heart melted music wow wow wow
glad you enjoyed it!
Wow! Just amazing. Your talents are unmistakably a class of their own. Truly grateful. Thank you for sharing
Wow, thank you!
my soul laid bare
1:48 My goodness. The way the notes complement each other right here. I felt it to the bottom of my feet ha. Well done.
glad you enjoyed it!
Estás pequeñas cosas de la música que pocas veces te relajan hasta el alma
So I’ve been writing a book series, but this song gave me of having my MC slip further by having his wife killed in action. I’m in the process of writing this terribly sad scene and this song just eminates such a profound sadness that I have to write it to this.
An absolute masterpiece of a song, wonderfully dark and so very emotional. Unparalleled amounts of raw, unconfined deepness to each note, and such wonderful timbre. Beyond beautiful.
i am happy it was inspirational for your work and that you enjoy it!
@@HendyampsStudios very much so! It’s super cool listening to your productions, they are wonderful!
I would read this, it sounds interesting!
@@Under_Your_Bed_ man if I could get this out to the world it would be so cool but I am not even done with the first book so it’ll be a while.
@@laddismaximus9535 I here you. I'm writing a series as well, working on the second to last book, the fourth. Its been a nearly three year process, but it's coming
I could listen to this for hours.
I recognize both acts of Beginning to End as some of the best cello music I have ever heard, but sadly could only wish I was ever able to get this good without a tutor or something of the like that gives me the ability to actually improve when I practice.
hopefully the upcoming part 3 will again meet your high expectations!
unbelievably beautiful.
Thank you very much!
This stirred up so many emotions inside of me I can’t begin to describe such a truly wonderful piece of art this is!
glad you enjoyed it!
Such brutal, unrelenting, irredeemable sorrow. Like staring into naked death. Made beautiful, somehow, by its purity.
I’ve played but I’m not this good the song is beautiful and I love it I’m lurning to play it right now this song took me
Very dark, and I respect that.
Uma das coisas mais incríveis que já escutei ❤️
Listening to this as my mother is in rapid decline of health and bound to die soon. Tears. Just tears.
thank you
You're welcome!
Such a wonderful music 💛
Thank you!
Its beautiful yet sad
This was haunting and utterly beautiful. 😭😭 I thought the first one is already good on its own but THIS- This made me emotional. More like these please 😍😍
you got it!
Man ive always felt like a weirdo because I enjoy Cello, Violin, Piano and everyone around me wanted to listen to Rap don't get me wrong I enjoy it at times too. But the emotion in this woman's playing tells me she feels the music it the same way I do. Minus me never playing ever.
you are no weirdo...you just feel the music deeply
so, so good. it pulls the emotion straight from your soul
thanks!
Alike with amir i too have been writing a novel, tho a tale rather tragic and sombre as your music.
Your work helps me picture isolation and grief, along with being able to draw out a cold and lonely environment in my mind. Stumbling upon your content has helped me alot!
❤
before I go in for a fight I listen to this it helps me prepare for war because Ik when your in the ring your alone.
The beginning sounds so much like part of a song from a band I really enjoy. They're a post rock band called Godspeed You! Black Emperor, the song is called East Hastings and has a very dark/somber feel to it as the song title is based off of an actual neighbourhood of Vancouver Canada called East Hastings which was the inspiration for the song.
I'll give it a listen
Ok 2:50 is as far as I made it until my eyes started getting teary.
There's something about the cello. It's like it speaks a universal language that reaches in deep to your emotions even if you don't know they're there. It's so difficult to put it into words.
Very nice. Sounds like it would fit in a game like the witcher
agreed!
"And before them lay only carnage, the days dirty deeds now done.. Leaving those remaining to gaze upon fields of sorrow.. The tales of Glory and Honor are no-more.."
When you have been blessed with the good times, you may become ignorant to what brought those good times in your life in the first place, listen to those who came before you and learn from them for they weren't as lucky as you are but are filled with wisdom or be doomed to repeat history and bring bad times again.
"Bad times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men and weak men create bad times" as some wise man said.
"If we don't learn from history, we're doomed to repeat it"
All of you keep calm, keep yourselves together, embrace the wisdom from your elders, carry on the said wisdom and protect it at all cost.
I hope this helps somewhat for all of you ❤
I am currently DMing a D&D campaign and I am using this for the theme of my main antagonist, Sieni the Accursed.
Many years ago he died in a war and his friend gave her life to bring him back using the last of her life force, however bringing someone back to life costs a payment on the one resurrected. Sieni was infected with a fungus that began to eat at his flesh, it grew under his skin and it caused him great pain. Immediately after awaking and seeing what he had become, surrounded by the corpses of his comrades and friends, he hung himself only to awake days later with even less humanity. Forty-seven deaths, forty-seven suicides, forty-seven failures. He could not die, he was immortal. After a time he gave up and tried to live but people saw him and could not stand his undeath. A man named Thelius Korppi finally showed him kindness and attempted to cleanse him of the fungi afflicting him. Unfortunately a force took him, forcing Sieni to kill the good Hunter who planned on helping him. It was a deity of Undeath who believes him property has forced him into being a vassal which now prowls the darkness, searching for more undead to bring to his masters side, hoping someone, somewhere can finally end him and ease his suffering.
Tonight is the first time I will be using it in conjuction with Sieni and I hope it helps convey the darkness and melancholic nature to this enemy.
amazing! I love DnD though I am a new convert
clean again
I was becoming a villain listening to this. I had to stop I was starting to accept the darkness
It’s 1am and I’m hooked. Freakin epic!
It’s beautiful
Es ist einfach nur wunderschön
