Wow! Great video Julie! So easy to understand & follow. Only had my machine for 2 months and these videos are just perfect to learn by. Keep up the great work & I look forward to watching more of your videos!
I hope you can help me. I have difficulty when I scan ...say part of my quilt...and then try to apply an all-over quilt design but erase the part from the area I do not want it to stitch. It tells me the data is to large so I have to go back and start all over with another scan. I want to be able to do a scan and then either draw around the part I want to fill or just pick the hoop size, fill it with a design like stipple and then erase it from the part of the quilt where I want to put something else. I am wondering if it needs me to do the design and then delete the scan since I do not need it once it served its purpose? I bought my machine through Brother because my nephew worked for them and did not get any classes. This is my most desired skill.
It is a DIME Snap Hoop Monster. The ones for the Dream Machine and Babylock that I use are the LM2 (8x8) and LM7 (8x12) and I purchased mine through Allbrands. They work beautifully for floating your fabric.
Hi Nancy, Sorry about that...the line emblem fills were my first videos...did you increase the volume on both the video and on your computer? All future videos I increased the volume I was recording in.
Your instruction are easy to follow, but the sound is a little to low to hear and the video isn't really sharp and clear. Otherwise I like the fact you go slow enough to follow for a beginner like me.
Thanks Barbara...thanks for the thoughts on the sound and video...I had never uploaded anything to RUclips before these videos and wasn't really sure how they would turn out. Just wanted to film something to share so we can all use our wonderful machines.
Hey Barbara, found out that you can increase the video quality for viewing by starting the video and at the bottom right where you would increase the size to view full screen is a settings button that allows you to change the video to 1080p. RUclips normally starts playing videos in 480 until someone switches to higher resolution. Hope this helps, Julie

Where did you get the emb hoop/frame shown in this video? I love the ruler! Thanks for your help.

Why couldn’t the diamond be copied and paste? Thanks
great teacher, but nearly missed much of the instruction as the audio is too low.

Julie Murphy thanks for helping me learn more what I can do with my machine. Hope to see more instructions from you in the near future.
