Self leveling concrete mix leaking through the foundation to outside the house

Im no expert but it seems the flooring guy didn't prep.the are right. Should have sealed the floor area before pouring self leveler

yea somewhere between the GC and the floor guy, there should have been more coordination on who is doing what. at the least, someone should check. but the self leveler help sealed it now!
