@TheTomFitness The point is that not everyone is at the same level of fitness and he's demonstrating to a wide range of audience. e.g.) Someone who's overweight and looking to incorporate this as part of their anaerobic workout will benefit from this. Just because he's demonstrating an exercise that may seem easy for you doesn't mean it's not a good form.
@TheTomFitness His form is good to be honest, widening of the legs give the person more balance. And of course closing them makes it slightly harder. Think of a single-arm pushup, it's the same logic.
no offense, but i've read that this exercise trains triceps and "inner chest muscles", while your video named " push-ups: chest exercises" works more on outer chest muscles? is it possible to identify the muscles more clearly next time? thx loads =].
i can do insane dips not that shit on chair but full dips i can 50 maybe even more but i thryed some chest workout and didnt even feel shit on chest but my lower triceps was killing me couldnt even finish it so guess dips arent best :S

@Alan1171995 Close grip bench is awesome too, but dips are I think are 'better' since they're more versatile.
I am 100kilos, but i can still hit 20reps of close pushups 2 or 3x a day. Before i can do 50-60 when i am 68kilos.
