Making a Tapered Tenon Reamer

While I'm starting to make progress towards my first stick furniture project, i have to make some tools to make that happen. The first tool is this tapered tenon reamer.

Do you think it would help people find this video and help you to get views, besides educating people? You Know. To call it by the proper name, Tapered MORTISE reamer. Not too hard for you I hope. What is the tenon? What does the tenon go into? It's coming to me.
