By A320 manuals reference on the PFD should be displayed the FD bars rather than the FPV when using FINAL APP mode and decelerated approach technique is recommended. Enjoy flying

Late reply but if you didn't manage to yet intercept that localizer you can use this formula as a rule of thumb with a standard rate of turn of 3°/s: (Angle of intecept/3) x knots per seconds= Nm before turning to intercept (to find the bank angle to obtain 3°/s you can do (yet as a rule of thumb): (Speed/10)+7=bank angle
Established just means receiving guidance from both locizer and glideslope it doesn't mean tracking down the dead center so as long as your needles are active and your getting localizer and glideslope there's no fault but most prefer to wait till aimed at the beams till calling established

The FD is displayed correctly. Airbus does not dictate TRK/FPA vs HDG/VS.

Looks like they forgot to select flaps full or they forgot to set a flaps 3 Vapp speed.

Established is not when your needles are moving. You are established at one dot on each needle.
