Having an unhealthy "work ethic" without a fruitful plan is the easiest way to burn out. You can't just say work hard without a detailed plan. Like there has to be a quality to your work that actually gets results. Yes, you can plan your daily actions, but you also have to plan your development and get feedback to make sure you're actually improving. Ive seen too many people invest a lot of time into stuff that ends up being trash because theyre not reflective.
can you make a video on how to arrange a kit and how to advertise + make it look good. How to collect emails, when to make kits free/ not free, when + how to charge etc. Basically guide through what u do for your kits.

Im struggling to work on things outside of just managing my life because 9-5 is tiring, financial planning is stressful, cooking, cleaning and other chores drain my energy and I just end up using most of my mental energy trying to sustain myself.
