Thank you!! Finally I found its piano sheet. However, there is no scale at the end. The original version has a scale and I thkn that is one of the most beautiful part in this piece :)
Looking back I should have made a more liberal arrangement to compensate omitting certain voices. But I hope the sheet gives you something to work off of if you feel like it ;)
