    Damn! You should call this model "The Post Apocalyptic model" . That thing is built to survive a Nuclear Blast!!!! I would Love to have one of these built on the Bear 48" Super Magnum dimensions! I Love the look and feel of the OLD Bear 48" Super MAG. What was the finished length of this bow? Once again, EXCELLENT JOB!

    I love this bow and would love it even more in a lighter draw weight ( 45-50 pound ) and a left hand style if possible it looks like besides being a quite shooting bow it is also very fast and the reason about the poundage is because of having a hard time finding carbon arrows that will handle that high of a poundage that this bow is right now plus I am left handed. If it can be done how much would it cost and how long would it take?

This type of bow is taking too much time for me to make since i have full time job and i can work on bows just on weekends, so im not planning on making this type of bow again anytime soon… I just take orders in my other fiberglass bows that i can make much faster than this, if you are interested you can send me an email on mil.nen333@gmail.com

    Очень интересно скажи , я ни разу не видел чтобы ты делал лук без пистолетной рукояти и без полочки, у тебя есть хоть один такой лук для интуитивной стрельбы с кольцом?

    • @Helmbowman
      @Helmbowman  2 месяца назад +1

      I make few historical bows in the past with no shelf, i prefer modern style bows, but I’m currently working on Turkish bow, video about it will be soon, thanks for watching brother 😀

    • @ОлегЗгирвачнапрягисвойлук
      @ОлегЗгирвачнапрягисвойлук 2 месяца назад

      @Helmbowman очень интересно смотреть твои видеоролики, и как ты всё это делаешь. Какая разница ты всё равно делаешь из современного материала и те и те Луки я разницы как бы не вижу из-за того что ручка будет чуть другой потому что любители есть и стрельба с кольца и очень много, я на данный момент нахожусь в Европе в Германии и здесь очень много тоже кто любит стрелять из лука и именно интуитивным стилем с кольца, и все Луки на сегодняшний день они с современных материалов даже если там используется дерево, потому что Луки сделанные полностью из композитных материалов из рога и сухожилия из дерева стоят очень-очень дорого измеряется в несколько тысяч а то и больше евро, мне очень интересна твоя конструкция луков маленький как ты их делаешь у тебя свой стиль.

    • @Helmbowman
      @Helmbowman  2 месяца назад +1

      Thanks a lot! Only difference is that modern materials are resistant to all kinds of weather, composite bows from natural materials are a little susceptible to moisture, but other that that they are as effective as modern bows in my opinion, they work great for thousands of years, they are time proven
