@@ShaleOnYT hey dude, i know this video has been out for a few days, but i really need help, i have the same mouse as you, but i have a problem with this mouse, its quite brand new, and it works when plugged in with a wire, (no problems), but doesn't work when disconnected and using wireless usb, it works for about 5 seconds with a usb and then turns off, after that, nothing. i can hold the button down for 3 seconds to turn it back on for it to work for another 5 seconds, but still turns off. I can do it and hold for 10 seconds, same thing happens. Now i thought it was firmware, i downloaded the firmware and updated everything (yes apparently it needed updates, but still same thing). I don't know if i need to restart my laptop for it to confirm the firmware updates, but it's still not working.
@@c4d308 the best I can say to this is it may be your laptop but that doesn’t sound right because it works plugged in. Try and use a different usb port for it and if it doesn’t work get a usb hub and see if that works plugged into there
