Absolutely "FASCINATING"!!! Thank you so much "American Institute for Roman Culture" for producing these video's on life and times in "ANCIENT ROME"!!! While Roman history is my favorite, I love learning about ALL ancient civilizations especially Egyptian and Grecian considering they were the foundation of Rome, well Grecian more so. I dearly miss the HBO series "ROME" even though the BBC severely edited the ORIGINAL content of the series. You have a permanent subscriber in me!!!
I found Michael Parenti's "The Assassination Of Julius Caesar" most helpful in understanding the "people" of Rome at the time of empire. It's on RUclips in audiobook form.
