I have always used my Mom's heirloom recipe for butter cookies. We call them Christmas cookies but I used to bake and decorate almost 40 dozen for my 3 kids classes. Teacher's used to ask me to make the cookies or my cupcakes for any occasion at school. 😆 My family owned a bakery/cake shop for over 50 years and I was the cake decorator. My favorite was cookies! Christmas cookies and Snickerdoodles! ❤

As a beginner in this area of cookie decorating I have to say that I absolutely love your style, your techniques and your clear concise instruction. I have always had a desire to decorate beautiful cookies and provide them as gifts or for sale... or to offer for charity events and fundraising. I was getting upset with my icing sinking and when I heard you say, "don't be too hard on yourself" My stress levels dropped and I followed your wisdom.
I’m struggling financially at home and I was thinking about doing sugar cookies zero experience but I have patience and want to learn more now ty for this video
@@LittleCookieCo I can see why, brilliant choices from that sort of light strawberry red, to dusk blue. Have you ever thought about dusting it with metallic or a pen applied metallic. The result look just like chrome, or a shimmery iridescent If it's more of a subtle metallic.

Thats amazing!! The Best advice is not to spend too much on the all of the supplies, buy what you need to start and then as you sell you can add more!
