How wonderful 🥰 greetings from Canada ♥️
@@LittleCookieCo I'd love to see you make a gingerbread house! :*
Aww I will try for this Christmas but not sure I'll have time to make a video on it! But it will be on the list for next year to do if I can't this year 😊
@@LittleCookieCo I will do it this year and certainly the next one too! I will see your recipe for sure! :*
Aww thank you 🥰🥰
Harika🤗
I’ve been following you for a couple months when I started making cookies. TYSM for all your videos. Question: How long will decorated, dried cookies stay fresh? Can I make them a week in advance of an occasion?
Hi and thank you for following 🥰 I would say in an airtight container or heat sealed in a bag about 2 weeks or so. I usually make my cookies about 5 days in advance so they're definitely to make a week in advance and will still be good for another week or 2!
You are amazing, I love watching you. Can you do a video of Christmas ⭐ stars and Christmas 🔔 bells. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! I have a bell in this tutorial but not a star (only on the Christmas tree)! ruclips.net/video/rus8kKPLSDY/видео.html
Did i see you double bag the icing as the way to attach the metal tip & reinforce the inner bag from splitting?? That is a brilliant step that i never saw before. Thanks, it solves a problem, and then i suppose you can reuse the outside bag for the inside bag next time to be thrifty. Super idea!
Yes!! Whenever I use tips I double bag, just makes the whole process of removing the tip after easy too or switching colours. I have it in my floral video in more detail here
ruclips.net/video/gfmuTpXJx-I/видео.html
I love all your work, always beautiful. I have a question about your cookies. Are they super thin and crunchy? I thought they were gingerbread when I first saw them. Do you have a cookie recipe? I’m curious about you those most. Thank you 😊
Thank you so much! They aren't really crunchy, they have a softer bit but they are not chewy. I like mine to be golden brown on the bottom but you can bake them less if you don't! I have a video on how I make them here ruclips.net/video/3orMJXkKk5o/видео.html
Wow! You are very talented. I want to do it but I’m not sure I can.
Thank you!! You can do it, and I hope you give it a try. It takes a bit of practice but it is fun and everyone loves to eat them. If I can do it I know you can 🥰
Hello your cookies are beautiful what piping bags do you use? Thanks for that tip with using the tip and then putting it over a new bag
Thank you so much ❤ the double bagging tip is my favorite thing ever! It's so much easier to clean up after! Below the video here in the description, I have links to the bags that I use (I also try to link link in most of the videos as well) ruclips.net/video/Kpp8DWfQy0o/видео.html
These are so beautiful and your technique and tips are wonderful! Do you share your cookie recipe?
Thank you so much! I use someone's recipe but do a few tweaks and I show how i make them. The recipe is linked in the description below the video 🥰 ruclips.net/video/3orMJXkKk5o/видео.html
I been wanting to try making these! Absolutely beautiful cookies! Can u include a link to the bags & tools u used?
M6 bags doesn't outline properly without busting at the seams..?
Thx for sharing 💕:)
Thank you!!! I try to link all the stuff I use in the description below the video. There's usually an arrow you can click and it will open it up. And you may have to scroll down a but, but the bags should be there. I have 2 bags linked, thinner ones and a bit thicker ones, I Iike the thicker ones, they're still thin but don't burst on me!
I'm afraid to start but your tutorials are helping me so much before I get started.
May I ask what bags you use to package them for customers? And what you use to deal them
I'm so happy to hear that!! Don't be afraid to dive right in and give them a try! This is how I package my cookies and all the bags and stuff I use is linked below the video in the description ruclips.net/video/5kPunaxCejI/видео.html
Thank you so much! The packaging video was great!
I wish I could just gobble them all down❤️❤️
Aww hehe thank you 😝
Excellent explaination, beautiful video.,😘 Leaving the cookies under the fan, wouldn't it soften the cookies by letting air in them?
Thank you so much! No, it won't soften the cookies at all!
Nice 💯🙂💖🧡👌
Thank you 🥰🥰
What if I did beige or white trees and gold or pearl ornaments? Same with all the other cookies? Your so good at the designing!
I think that would look amazing!! White and gold are definitely beautiful Christmas colours!!
Hi ! New subscriber here and I have a question. How do you know when you have to let the cookie set for 2 hours or 24 hours before decorating another layer?
Thanks for subscribing! As long as your piping your next layer (and not using edible marker) you can donit after a couple hours. You'll know when it's ready when the bottom layer is crusted over, which you can tell because it won't look wet anymore and you can touch is very very lightly without getting icing on your finger, the you can do your next layer. However if I'm doing anything with edible marker or using a brush to give my icing some texture I want to make sure it's completely dry so that I don't poke through the icing which happens if it's only crusted over and underneath is still wet. Hopefully that makes sense 😊
Spettacolari! Ma le decorazioni son fatte con che tipo di crema? Grazie🤗
Hi! It is royal icing ruclips.net/video/L5mVKZnTqac/видео.html
Beautiful !! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I signed up for the first time I see your videos !! Please can you help so that the colors are strong. How to do it?
Thank you so much! It's important to use good colour gel, like Americolor or Chefmaster, wilton is not that strong in my opinion
Thank you so much 😊🥰
You're welcome!
You have inspired me yet again. Thank you for sharing. I notice your cookies have a nice golden touch to the edges. How long did you bake them in the oven for? Should I leave my cookies in the oven a little longer? BTW, I have already tried your sugar cookie recipe that you shared last year many times and they truly are AMAZING because you add brown sugar!
Thank you, makes me feel so happy to be able to inspire people to bake 🥰 although I can't take credit for the original recipe as it's not mine, just one I've tweaked a bit, but it is the best!! So I don't really have a time limit for my cookies, I kind of just keep an eye out for them while I'm baking. I'll usually set my timer for 8 minutes because thats the minimum they need to be kept in there, and then I'll see how they're doing and I'll keep checking on them until I see the bottom edges starting to brown. Once I see that they habe browned a touch I know they're done! Once I do one tray I have a better idea of how long I need to wait. I think on average I keep them in there for 11 minutes give or take! If they're smaller cookies they take less time than larger ones. I also use dark pans which helps them brown a lot better than lighter aluminum pans!
@@LittleCookieCo You know what ? You are so generous and kind to take the time to give such details … not many bloggers are so attentive to the comments their followers post. I wish you all the best and success because you deserve it !
Thank you so so much ❤ I've been in their shoes before, learning and asking questions and so I know how everyone feels and try to do my best to help to make it a bit easier! And I appreciate everyone who takes their time to watch my videos and make comments, it really means so so much to me and keeps me going! So thank you 🥰
If you are feeling up to it you can also use high fructose corn syrup. Merry Christmas 🎄
Hi new subscriber here. I just wanted to ask about the shelf life of the cookies if it still safe to eat them beyond a week if packed in a plastic packaging. Thank you very much
Thanks for subscribing! They are ok to eat after a week! They stay fresh about 2 weeks or so in an airtight container or bag and then after I'd suggest freezing. They're still good after 2 weeks just not as fresh as before. But that being said I've had cookies out for more than a few weeks and still tasted good!
@@LittleCookieCo thank you for your reply! I am learning a lot from your videos🥰🥰
I'm so happy to hear that 🥰🥰
How long will royal icing keep without getting ice crystals/separated, or just grocery tasting? Do you refrigerate it to keep it? I want to keep practicing but I’m not into making a whole new batch of icing and wasting so much.
You can freeze if you won't be using it for a while or put it in the fridge if you'll be using it in a few days or so! I usually put my leftover piping bags in a big freezer ziploc bag and then freeze or refrigerate!
¿ El glaseado al ponerle escencia de mantequilla ¿ queda con sabor a mantequilla? gracias
No, no se siento el sabor de mantequilla, pero no es tan dulce, o no se siente como solo sabor de azucar y por eso me gusta usarlo.
Muchas gracias ❤️
Thank you 🥰
What brand of coloring do you use to color your RI?
I normally use Americolor, but I do have so Chefmaster and Rainbow Dust Progel colors as well
Question: is there a technique to flooding a cookie? Like a right way or wrong way?
There's not really a right way, I think as long as it works for you then it's OK. I do have a video of how I outline and flood if you're interested to see ruclips.net/video/yeXuOiMc-E4/видео.html
How long does it takenfor the Christmas tree to dry?
The Christmas tree dries faster than normal cookies because thicker icing dries quicker. But I would still leave it 6-8 hours at least uncovered to dry fully. Since the layers are thick you want to make sure that the inside is also very dry!
Can I copy your design for fall and Christmas? Just for at home… I LOVE baking and wanna try replicating these… I’ll do my best… promise 🥺🙏
Yes of course!! Thats why I make these videos 🥰🥰🥰
Quick question: could I use royal icing to decorate other things too? My boyfriend really wants brownies for his but I want to decorate them with birthday wishes and classy flowers but Im not sure if thats possible?
I don't think it would work too great because like breaks down royal icing. You're most likely off decorating with buttercream. You can still do tons with buttercream as well and will taste better on brownies as it doesn't dry hard
What kind of cookies do you bake?
These are sugar cookies!
I started to buy the edible pen you used but the reviews for it were low. Have you ever had trouble with your pens or do you have tips for using them?
I've heard mixed reviews too a bit, but I've personally never had an issue with them. They did rebrand them, so not sure if anything else has changed. I love it because it has a really fine tip and the other ones I've tried are not fine like this or aren't as dark as this one!
Do you share your icing recipe or cookie recipe?
I do! You can find them here
ruclips.net/video/3orMJXkKk5o/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/L5mVKZnTqac/видео.html
That's the exact same technique for a cluster of grapes.
So true! Just change the colour and you're good to go!
💋💋❤️❤️❤️
They look wonderful, but they are not for eating, right? They are purely decorational? I mean with this amount of sugar they can't be pleasant to eat?
Thank you! Actually they are meant to eat. It may look like a lot, but the cookie is not too sweet and so it's a nice balance. They're quite tasty actually!
