    My personal experience with Keystone is that the batteries burn up so quickly for short transactions that if you don’t have a bunch of fresh batteries on hand when you really need to use it, you’re not getting access to your crypto. I am surprised the company wasn’t embarrassed enough by this flaw, and they went ahead and put the product out anyway.

    • @CryptoDad
      @CryptoDad  Год назад +1

      I have noticed that too. It seems to suck the life out of batteries quicker that any other gadget I have. I will generally just charge it with the USB cable before use. (got tired of buying new batteries)

    • @KeystoneWallet
      @KeystoneWallet Год назад +1

      Hey buddy, you may refer to below parameters. due to the charging protocol, our battery does not support fast charging, it is recommended to use a charging head below 5V2A power, the charging cable needs to use typeC (2.0) or (3.0), and it must be a Type-A to Type-C cable, you cannot use a type-C to type-C charging cable.
      We can only accept 5V1A or 5V2A small chargers, high power chargers will not charge and may damage the rechargeable battery.
      Because the battery has overcharge protection, if the charger plug/charger default output voltage exceeds 7v, it will burn out the TVS tube on the battery board, resulting in the charging lamp not lighting up and can no longer be charged.
      Hope this answer would help and feel free to ask if there's any problems on that;)

      Hi there! It's always good to consider security concerns when dealing with cryptocurrency hardware wallets. While I can't verify the specific claims mentioned, it's important to conduct thorough research and assess the credibility of sources before making decisions about which wallet to use. I personally believe that the Keystone Pro is a secure and reliable option, but as with any product, it's crucial to stay informed and make the best choice for your individual needs.
