nobody. not a single person. doing SEMA car builder interviews even remotely close to larry. instant click on every dang build you feature. please never stop being curious or asking questions.
100%
I was thinking the same thing watching this. He's f*cking ON POINT! When he first started yt he wasn't near as smooth with it. He'd interrupt or ask questions that led away from where they were going. Not anymore. Top 3 yt channels for me now though.
An engineering student who is ALSO a fabricator is a wonderful combination. Not enough engineers are their own mechanics!
People clearly keep telling this man he’s great.
They should be telling him he’s lucky.
Lucky to have a father that gives him 100% help.
And has put him in a position that takes most men 20-30yrs just to get to.
Lucky lucky lucky young man.
Riley is the type of guy who will receive his degree and hopefully get snapped up to do 3-4 years at a place like Koenigsegg or at Gordon Murray to really push the envelope of automotive technology. How does he even make it through the week at school while he has things like this beast running through his head?!
Generational wealth of engineering knowledge is the best kind of generational wealth.
This is what happens when you refocus their energy instead of medicating it. Outstanding young man.
This dude has the knack. Love his work. Riley is one legit fabricator.
This isn't Riley's Trans Am.
@@buzzfightbeer8023 Yeah, I realized I phrased wrong. Busy morning. To say something to the effect of Riley Stair made a Trans Am too. Riley is a legit fabricator. Like I missed a sentence somewhere. Happens.
What a lovely build . And this young man has had a far better education / experience from his father than any university degree could give him .
Admittedly I’m not the worlds biggest fan of American cars and the bling format some follow but this looks amazing. Plenty of trick but functional designs. Good luck to them both and thanks Larry for the content ❤🇬🇧👍
The young man in this gave me more hope for the future of humanity than or anyone or anything else I’ve seen in the past decade
Understatement of 2023: "This is just a garage build from up in Indiana..."
As an Engineer myself, this man's enthusiasm warms my calculating mechanical heart.
I enjoy episodes like this, dad passing the torch down to his kid keeping the creativity of the industry at a high level that just blew your mind with every build
That blow thru diffuser is blowing my mind on a "Trans Am" .... I dig it.
U nailed this interview for sure this one is definitely one to keep ur eye on. An I can't wait to see what their next build would bring after hearing they have started getting more comfortable with cnc an etc. ❤😮
This right here is absolutely freaking SICK! 😮😮😮😮
I want to drive this so damn bad! So insane.
When they say mind blowing build, this is it! This is the mind blowing build!
I thought it was an evolution of the white one for a second there. I’m glad both exist. They’re awesome in different ways.
Favorite transam so unique and beautiful
i thought ive already seen the craziest one. I was wrong🤯😲😳😎 this is phenomenal pro ultra built. I bet stradman came to see this. This car should be on gran turismo ps5
If this doesn't reinforce me to hoard car parts for my kid I don't know what will
Got me at the first shot. I mean... got me at the thumbnail really, but that suspension is lit!
I really want to see this thing in a wind tunnel, that would be such a cool video. Been following their ig, i wish yhey had a youtube channel. The entire car is just fascinating
It gets better every year. One of the most amazing solo efforts in the world. Bravo kid
There are some crazy homebuilt or small shop builds out there nowadays
dude is young and very knowledgeable ! i want to see what he builds in the next couple years
I bet this guy is gonna be more successful than his prof
He already is. Ram Air made their car a New duct. Then, he's working with Varis on aero! Amongst everything else.
I’ve been waiting to see this episode, one of if not my favorite build the past year and half to follow, only wish they were capable of posting more often🤤
My mind is officially blown 🤯
Content is on🔥 Everyday!
What an amazing build!
I saw this thing in person at PRI and it was wild!
Pops' IndyCar days really rubbed off, even when he said, "third device" lol
Lost for words man. ❤🤯
It's great to see a young guy build a race car for the street. He's gonna make one hell of an engineer.
Hell yeah....... Greetings from india 🇮🇳🤠🤠🤩🤩🤘🏻🙌🏻
How's it feel being the old guy this time Larry?? 🤣 Super huge fan of your work bro!!! This kid is going to go places!!
The headline for the video is too funny!....WOW!
Mind bending to say the least
Want to see the progress of this car
Crazy build...
Is this the same kid who did the crazy BRZ? If so, he is a legend 🦾🦾🔥🔥🖤🖤😈😈!!! What build!!
different
Wow....just....wow.... Not at all a GM guy, I'm FMC till the day I die. However.....this prim lookin' star gazer just stole the FUCK outta my heart.
I was paralyzed during a motorcycle accident and now drive an Automatic BRZ. my hand controls interfere with the paddle shifters so i had to take them off. How can i use buttons instead of paddle shifters!?? LOVE this build
Man this car is amazing!! Great interview Larry!
about blow diffuser work ,need engine mapping for the off throttle or downshift , still producing high speed exhaust gas , thats why you can hear those violence sound when f1 car downshifting , not sure what exact years f1 car got blow diffuser, i think 2011,2012,maybe ,2010 too .
Great interview, amazing car
Really cool guy and an absolutely incredible car build.
this and Tims Z are special builds. most of SEMA builds are just marketing endevours.
Sema isn't a car show, it's a showcase for the aftermarket industry.
Yeah
LARRY! Love the channel. IDK if you have the pull to get some bad ideas to the honda and acura execs, but it would be so rad to see a full tube frame nsx with an INDY or F1 drive line. Thanks in advance. :D
That huge wing thing on the front kills it. Sorry not sorry
L auto d'epoca che mi piace di più al mondo
Absolutely wicked cool car🤙💯
Just awesome video- thanks for sharing!
This guy needs to add a couple of subfans under the body to suck up the air from under the car and add that flow off across the rear diffuser and watch how much faster that car will go- it will be just crazy faster
Nice to see the Trans community represented.
When this kid is done with engineering school, companies will be throwing big salary offers at him.
Crazy built 😮😮😮😮😮❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍
As wild as it gets LOVE IT😍😍😍
That would be a sick car to go up pikes peak...
perfection
For he's age I'm sure he should be in F1 1day hopefully no pressure or indy racing itself if it's really done didn't know and they need a full track, oval a bit boring no offense. Sick sick build next level and can't be copied is the best part, son n dad ❤🔥👏
Such a cool build.
Holy shirt!
It looks like the one on GranTurismo 7...
Reppin the hoosier state well
Crazy
Id like to see this at wtac 2024
This is sick AF!
Wow
OMG 😮
how come there's never any links to the social media of the people interviewed?
Lets Go Larry!💯💪🏽💯
Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs.
SO SICK DUDE 😎
❤
I missed a thing (sorry english is not my first lenguage) If it is a twin turbo and the air comes from the front trougout the tubes in the cabin, why this car has a roof scoop?
I'm. In. Love. ❤️🔥
This ram air scoop goes up to six.
Its there videos of this build? A channel maybe?
Hope this gets used for it’s intended purpose and not just another show-race car.
yo where can we hear this thing???
The nerve @ 2:43...😠
That made me cringe too. Imagine if Larry captured him breaking the carbon!
Holy hell that thing looks evil in all the right ways.
Yeah, yeah, yeah...
That guy at 2:42 💀
Does anyone happen to know if engineering student has an instagram or other social media account? I'd love to keep up with his work - with that skillset of his, that guy is going places. Thanks for the great video Larry!
@horizon_motorsports_llc
Siiiiickkk
Dude at 2:46 needs a lesson!
Ok, I need it, I don't have the money, but I'll trade you one fat cat named Fatty and a small pig named Guinzilla, it's a very good deal, for me of course 🤝
👍
Is it street legal?
😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥
How did they get the XTrac gearbox to mate up to the LS without the LS dragging the ground? The input shaft form that gearbox is several inches lower than the center line of an LS crank. By the time you mate them up, the oil pan will be substantially lower than the bottom of the gearbox. EDIT: Never mind, I just realized the engine is in the front. I was thinking it was a mid engine build with the engine mated to the gearbox directly.
Good point , maybe and adapter that has a fabricated male to female coupler at an 40-45’ degree angle?
Kid at 16:10 was going crazy lmao
WaZz up, kol car
if that kid gets docked a grade for going to SEMA, I bet whoever docks his grade will be fired 😂
He sounds like Nicolas Cage
Great build, good to see it complete. The story of the McLaren engineer coming by, casual. I love this type of build and story. You three in the background talking loud and getting in shot, your builds suck.
lol whats up with the old head wiggling the pats back n forth at 3 min people are weird lol oh and the self promo at the beginning aha
Yeah yeah yeah lmao
