Yea and that's what I admire about luke. The fact that he had to major tragedies of his only siblings and I couldn't imagine losing all my siblings yet he keeps a positive attitude and didn't let it keep control and keep him down and for that alone I give him a huge amount of admiration for.

Han18 ok so, my grandma lives out in the country of N.C. and she lives on a huge piece of land with a bunch of other people and her neighbors house is really close to hers, her neighbor is reaaalllly rich, and they used a part of my grandmas yard for a wedding and they had him perform afterwards

Yeah. I don't even get the appeal of Luke. Dont find him a good singer at all or silly songs.
He is an ok singer and pretty much a non-writer. And a walking country caricature who barely has a hint of real country in his music. Seems like a genuinely nice guy, though.
Shawn McLaughlin oh yeah he definitely seems like a good dude but the fact that award went to him over someone like Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert, or Chris Stapleton just to name a few of the artists more deserving of it is mind-boggling
J Mit in an era where absolute steaming TURDS like Florida Georgia Line, Dan and Shay, Kane Brown, Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett etc. sell craploads of records, the credibility of these awards is seriously lacking. So, someone having 5 #1's pretty much means nothing these days.
J Mit I get where you are coming from but number ones don’t really mean much on the charts these days, especially in country music. They give them out like candy to anyone and everyone. If you ask me, Luke Combs is a much more talented artist and I think he had the same amount of number ones, if not more, on his debut album as Luke Bryan did on that album. And commercial success does not equate to the substance of the art being created, I think that’s what should be taken more into account
