May be a silly question but with this electronic timing and what I’m seeing from the diagram online would this bike run with a good battery and bad stator untill the battery died?
@@peterholmes2067 thanks for replying mate!!! think the only way to eliminate the battery is by modifying the bike to fit a 12v permanent magnet type stator w/capacitor.. but as far as i know, no one makes a kit like that
Just rotate disc as you do with points plate. I use a strobe light. These bikes are not highly tuned and work well using the factory mark through the window in the disc

@@dpaleduevolte4785 Accent system works very well with the motorcycle it replaces the contact plate and ignition cam.
hi, wanted to ask something, when running the electronic ignition, do you still need to run with battery? the original contact points runs on battery
Yes it must have a good fully charged battery
