    Broken drawer? If you just want to get straight to the point and learn how to build and replace a drawer box quickly. This is the video for you! I go through all the steps to build a good looking kitchen drawer the easiest way i have found. I may do more 5 minute tutorials in the future if it is something that works.       @@MrKYT-gb8gs no mortises, He’s putting stress on his screws, a couple more set up’s on the table saw and He would have been done

    So question, when you knocked an eighth off the end of the drawer bottom. Was that because you book matched the sides making the sides width a hair shy of an actual 3/4 inch and would leave a small lip on the outside of the box if you didn't take off that extra eighth of an inch?

      I think it is to make the bottom of the drawer replacable and easier to fit the first time.

    Why wouldn’t you dado the back piece, insert the bottom, and then glue and screw in the back piece?

      Because the way I did it the drawer bottom is removable if it ever gets damaged and easily replaced
