    Watching your videos push me on. I'm bed-bound working on walking plus I like your keto recipes. I'm trying to eat more organic and stay away from processed food

      Those are amazing goals and you got this! It can be hard when your bed bound, lots of time to think about those other foods lol.

      How is keto bread different from regular bread?

      @@MrStad-cd2tx Its all about whats in it. On Keto you can't eat regular bread because its way to high in carbs. Where as keto bread is made of a lot more natural, healthy ingredients that allow for a very low carb option.
      I can eat keto bread and not have to worry about it cutting into all my daily carb total. Leaving me room for other yummy foods.

      @@MrStad-cd2tx Its all in the ingredients. The flour choices and sugar choices is what make this keto bread Keto. Its low carb and can fit easily into your macros.
