@@MrStad-cd2tx Its all about whats in it. On Keto you can't eat regular bread because its way to high in carbs. Where as keto bread is made of a lot more natural, healthy ingredients that allow for a very low carb option. I can eat keto bread and not have to worry about it cutting into all my daily carb total. Leaving me room for other yummy foods.
