I have been using this since Christmas. It helps to get rid of my acne overnight. I also have noticed that my skin is tightening with it. My neck, jawline, and eye area have seen drastic improvements. My right eye has been drooping a bit, since using this, my skin is tightening and my eye seems back to normal.

I have one of these (my second). for me they are great for acne (I swear they can sometimes zap a zit on the spot) but less so for anti aging and I use(d) consistently. I will be phasing out in favor of other devices as time is an issue. For me, I think the anti aging benefit was more about lymph drainage which can be accomplished by much more low tech methods (ie jade roller)

I just subscribed. I am also 47. You look fabulous! I don't have many wrinkles, but I have developed bags under my eyes that have really aged me. Some days are worse than others, which gives me faith that there is something I can do about it. I've also noticed enlarged pores as I get older, which I don't understand because I've never had bad acne. Up until about 30, I would get one big cystic pimple every once in a while. I have a couple of scars from them, but nothing really major or noticeable.

I've had facials over the years, at a variety of different places, and where they've used this device. More recently however, I was at a spa in the neighborhood, and got a facial. Now on one hand, this place is quite good and 'professional', as far as little neighborhood spas go. However, it is Chinese-owned and run, which I know can sometimes mean they are getting their products from China, and where the quality can be questionable.
Anyway, when the facialist used the high-frequency device on me, it felt no different than other spas I've been to, and where they used this device. There was a very light 'zap' feeling now and then, but overall, it was honestly quite mild. However, after my facial, while my overall skin was glowing...it looked terrific....'moist'....dewy...'plump' (any teeny wrinkles I may have on my face, as a whole, seemed LESS noticeable)....I noticed that the opposite had occurred on the deeper wrinkles on my face (i.e., my 'frown' lines, one horizontal line on my forehead, and the two 'smile lines' on either side of my mouth). All of those lines looked MORE pronounced and deeper, after this facial.
Any idea why that would be...what would cause that? I don't think it's my imagination... ;-) Thanks!

No they are not at all comparable. They are totally different modalities. LED is light emitting diode and the neon and argon in this wand are not lights - they are gasses. I have melasma and hyperpigmentation and have never had an issue with blue LED; I use it almost every day.

The best advice I can give is to follow the instructions that came with the device you have since you can't be sure that another review is talking about the exact device and manual you have? Or you can reach out to the device manufacturer directly to ask if there is a model that helps with broken capillaries. I don't have experience with this issue. I have to say than the way you used og was wrong. Has to used with something to create a gap between the device and your skin. Then you get a linfoma massage.

You are welcome to look up online if there are clinical trials to read for this device and others I post about on my channel. I am not an esthetician; I am a consumer that tries devices instead of using Botox and filler and shows before and after photos so people can see how they work on a 47 year old face that has never had injectables. I am trying to help people out with the content I make so they can figure out which devices to buy. I know a device works when I can show photos of my face before and after using a device for a set amount of time. In the case of this video, I just made a demo video so know I don't have actual "proof" to show on my own face. You are welcome to look for other videos on RUclips to see if someone else has before and after photos. Personally, this device has worked really well for me to fight acne and breakouts. Even if a device has clinicals and photos and white papers, I STILL test them out to SHOW people how they work on an actual face. If this is the type of content you don't want to see, then you won't like my channel. I started my channel when I was 40 and have been doing this for 7 years. Thanks for watching.
