Thank you very much! I have high frequency at home. I also have a Ultrasound H1 and H3 ultrasound device. I usually use the H1 for my body but stop using the H3 for the face because there is much on the internet about sagging fat on the face. I’m happy to find your channel!

Can you do a video for anti-aging on a budget. Specifically, which give you the best bang for the buck and if there's an all in one. I bought the myolift because of you and i saw almost immediate results. Anti aging of course includes areas like eyes, lips, jowls, sagging skin and under chin fat as well as minimizing wrinkles. Its dizzying to see device after device and not have a clear path of products to purchase and implements into my routine. Love the videos, thank you.
Thanks for your comment. There is not an all-in-one device as they all pretty much focus on a main concern (skin tightening, muscle tightening, hooded eyes, acne, etc). I do my very best to review and feature devices of all price points that require different amounts of time so that everyone can find devices they can afford and actually have the time to use. Everyone is very different in terms of what they are trying to treat, so there really isn't a "one fits all" video I can make. I did however create a beauty device quiz a while ago to help people walk through different questions (age range, budget, skin concern, how much time you have) because the answer of what devices are best will be very different for every single person since we are all so different. It's as complex field with many available options and unfortunately, there is not one answer for everyone - even though I could pretend there is just to get video views. Here is the link to my quiz if you're interested: beautybeyond.com/quiz
@@beautybeyond40 I was hoping to not have to watch every one of your videos. Maybe a shorter blurb about each of them with links leading to your longer ones. I appreciate your thoroughness but I guess deciding first about modality, body / face part, and then concerns would be easier to decifer.
Since high frequency causes oxidation, which can cause an excess of free radicals, do you recommend combining treatments with an antioxidant serum? Or taking an antioxidant supplement? I've seen it suggested with red light therapy to combat oxidative stress.
They both work the skin. LED is light emitting diode and uses different wavelengths of light to improve the skin's appearance. A high frequency wand uses a glass electrode to treat the skin with a mild electrical current. The electrode is filled with argon or neon gas, which emits oxygen molecules when the current passes through it.
For any therapeutic results, Radio frequency devices must reach 39 to 40°C. These home care devices will never reach those temperatures therefore will never be as effective as professional medical grade equipment. Please keep that in mind.
@@beautybeyond40what about red light therapy? I got the dermawand (hf), nuderma and solawave (red light) devices since I just hit 24 and want to take my skin seriously. But I have never used any of these things before so I would like a more sketched out weekly routine. Can any of these devices be used together like dermawand first and then solawave after or one in the morning and another at night? From your comment, I understand that RF and HF should not be used in the same day but was wondering about red light?
I don't have any experience with the derma wand, so I can't speak to that. Regarding jowls, I haven't used a high frequency wand for that, but in theory it should work, so you could test it out. For the jowls, I use microcurrent, NIRA laser, and/or radio frequency devices. I mainly use this wand for acne flareups lately.
The best radio frequency device for you is the one you will use consistently. I don’t have any updates beyond the rf comparison video I already made. The one with the most features is the the tripollar stop VX, but that one might not be in everyone’s budget. Good luck!

Hello, Trina! I bought one and I love the results! However, I’m in my late 20’s and am concerned about fat loss on my face. What are your thoughts on fat loss using this type of device? Is it similar to radio frequency wands and fat loss risks? Thank you
I don’t see how a high frequency wand could cause fat loss as it’s only dealing with the skin’s surface. All the radio frequency devices that I have tested at home and have on my channel do not cause facial fat loss. They do not reach the fat layer. I have a specific video addressing this question since people ask me this constantly.
Thanks, Trina! Have you ever heard #touchbeauty RF device halo? I had nuface for 1 year. But I'm contemplating whether an RF device would be worth adding. :)

I am also struggling with forehead wrinkles and 11’s would I be better suited with radio frequency or a high frequency device? Thank you!
probably high frequency, but you can ask your dermatologist or esthetician if you want a professional opinion from someone that has seen your skin. good luck!
Because it’s not designed for the body, not tested on the body, and not FDA cleared for the body. I would imagine it’s not strong enough to do anything on the body, since the body is very different from the face.
Can you use both high frequency and micro current together on the same day? I just got a the nuface trinity and also a high-frequency wand but I haven’t been able to find any info on how to use them in tandem
