Thank you for still developing and porting these ROMs for the Galaxy Note9. OneUI4 looks really great, but I don't consider to update, because of these many bugs which will most likely interfere with my daily using.😅

Tbh i haven't compared camera quality and can't say for sure, but member in our group are satisfied with the cam, so i assume it's fine in quality too.
Just installed on my note 9 exinos.... honestly still cant believe that this old beast is still rocking the latest software... thank you to the developers and maintaniners.... 😘

great work buddy. i know we all aware of the front camera issue however since moving from 2.5 to version 2.6 i noticed the camera closes itself alot more than it did on 2.5 so not sure if you actually changed anything to do with that. thanks again your work is much appreciated. oh and while i thinking about it why does my S9 says i have a note 10 ? haha
Maybe you didn't Turn HDR off which causes cam to crash.
And about the model number, cause the ROM is ported from Note10+, you can change it in build.props in system & vendor folder, but by doing this you won't get app updates in galaxy store & some other minor issues. So not recommended at all.

@@noblerom thanks for the reply. yes HDR was turned off straight away in camera settings. its no big issue as rarely use front camera but i noticed it closes itself more often than it did on rom 2.5. many thanks

I like superPIE Note9 - Iamlazy rom. Because of lag free and the speed.no crashing in apps but in high-end game sometimes cash does. But it supports dual sim. That's the thing i wanted and battery life have to.be better

I just flashed my note9 through ODIN by inserting the 3 recommended files in it and it's working fine from Android 9 to oneui 2.5 android 10. Would you pls suggest if it would be good idea to flash it for Android 11 or 12 in 2023 if they're no bugs in these updates. Cuz in my region there's no official update after android 9 but have to get the Required file from google and process it via ODIN as recommended

Don't think so, Alexis doesn't have N10+ to maintain ROMs for it.

No i am not. Developer is AlexisXDA. I am his supporter in telegram channel.
And 1.7 was the 7th update of One UI 3.1. Don't compare it with Noble ROM 2 or 2.1 as they are first port versions of One UI 4 and 4.1
2.0 and 2.1 are better in performance and 2.1 is kinda equal in battery to 1.7 from my experience. We hope to fix camera bugs and this ROM so much better.
Ok i will install this rom. And sacrifice my custom rom dual sim to 1sim because mine is N varient.
Since u refuse to care about people needed dual sim on N varients. So.. my question is will battery life be better here? Is the live focus works?. Because. My old superpie custom rom I was using is very good in performance and all. But the thing is it makes my battery low faster
We didn't refuse to care about N variant users, we looked for a way to mod it for enabling dual sim, but that way is not working anymore since android 11 and up. So we can't do anything about it(at least for now).
And about the installation steps, i have to mention it's the same as One ui 3.1 port which i made, but this time better to use twrp 3.6 instead(one ui 4 port installation video is also uploaded, make sure to check it out).
About live focus and all bugs i have explained everything in the video. Watch it carefully.

Does NobleRom 2 maintain the S-Pen features? Like off-screen toke taking and such? Or are those just gone?
screen off memo and other air actions are working perfectly fine. Only AOSP based ROMs cannot offer these functions, but One UI ports are fine.
Nice video brother, I am going to install it on my note 9 , can you also try to overclock the refresh rate of the display of note 9 maybe to 75hz
The max 9 series support is 67HZ which is useless to achieve it. So just like normal 60HZ is used in this ROM.

@@JunaidsTech Needs kernel support as well. Non of our kernels support it. And locking it on that refresh rate is not a good idea. Can cause problems like burn in screen

You have the option to choose between Rooted and non root in aroma installer. If you select rooted, magisk will be installed automatically

tbh the only major now is cam which fixing it is PAIN. OFC we won't give up on fixing it tho. Alexis (The developer) is attempting to fix literally every day.
but for users who don't need live focus, well this ROM is perfect, in staiblity, performance and even battery.

now the software version is 2.5 what difference are there to 2.1, are the battery optimisation significant or minor?, how annoying is the front facing camera bug when you want to take a quick selfie? i really couldn't care less about HDR. i feel as if the upgrade ain't worth it i'll just wait till the last build of noble rom version 2 for the most optimised build i think.
Everytime we have an update, the bug list gets updated, and you can also track our changelig in XDA release posts, but battery and performance is so much optimized rn
I want to press 3D Touch Button to unlock my galaxy s9+, because this option was in original android 10 that this phone have.
3D touch for turning on the screen in present. But Note 10 firmware doesn't have the feature, so... I don't think we can do anything about it, or at least for now
Sorry, but in this rom absolutely not working camera and rotate function working reverse.

For fixing rotation you have to flash latest stock ROM, and then flash back Noble. For preventing camera from crash, I have explained what to do in my review camera part (timeline in description) and in case you are facing black screen on camera, wipe cache & dalvik in twrp
Then boot into system. Again if didn't solve try to debloat some useless stuff with advanced debloat while flashing the ROM. Hopefully will be fixed as the cam is perfectly fine here.
Just wondering why it shows the phone as an note 10+ in 3dmark..... Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. I assume it's something to do with one UI 4 but 🤷🏻♂️
Cause the ROM is ported from N10+
You can change to N9 tho, but it'll break edge lighting corners. You can ask how in Telegram group if you wanted to.

Snapdragon will never be supported by Noble ROM.
Samsung health works, but Samsung pay will never work again when you trip knox not even if you go back to Stock ROM

Hello sir ive installed noble rom 5.1 and ive observed the bluetooth is not properly working, when i connect my galaxy buds it thus connect but when i watched youtube the video does not play and no in music no audio when i use bluetooth function, is there a fix for this soon? thanks form Philippines...

Does SafetyNet pass by default? My Note 9's SIM reading ability was broken by the official One UI 2 update a few months ago and I was thinking of giving Noblerom a try. From what I have seen, it doesnt seem to pass, but im asking anyways just to be sure.

@@noblerom I installed Noble, and safetynet passes out of the box for some reason? I did choose root in aroma as I knew i had to use magisk hide or something, but for now it seems thst i wont need it (it didnt install root anyways for some reason)

My S pen functionality isn't working. Any workaround. I have used twrp 3.6.1_9-0 crownlite and noblerom 2.3_N9_S9_S9P. Please suggest
dirty flash and try to debloat some useless stuff using advanced debloat (dirty flash will not affect you data and apps). this probably fixes it

hey i did a clean install from the official samsung software and my front camera randomly fails at time any idea why? it doesnt happen in a third party app like open camera?

SPEN PEN IS NOT WORKING. CANNOT BE REMOTE CONTROL WITH THE SPEN PEN IN THIS ROM. FOCUS NEAR FRONT CAMERA DOOR IS WRONG WHEN PHOTOGRAPHY IS SUCCESSFUL

Probably air command didn't get installed on your phone while flashing for some reasons. Try dirty flashing and also make sure you use latest Noble ROM 2.2 to get the best out of the ROM.

@@noblerom I value the rom very high. i used all the upgrade boards of the rom. i have re-flashed it 2 times and all failed. the command does not work, hope you can check the rom and tell me how to fix it
@@tantienkhuyennong5201 I have checked as I have Note 9 like many other people in the group.
The only thing which comes to my mind is system space is literally full(it's different from internal Storage don't mistake these two together) so maybe debloating some useless stuff from the ROM in Aroma installer may fix it

Not to sound stupid, but is this safe? I will do it as soon I have the green light that it is safe to download😂. Just need to know if my note can hold up.
Ofc it is safe if you follow exact instructions for installation. And read the bug list as well before flashing.
Noble 2.1 installation is a bit different from previous versions. Make sure to check the video installation.
To make a story short for you you have to do these steps:
1.unlock the bootloader by enabling OEM unlock option (which will factory reset your phone, so take a backup)
2.flash TWRP 3.6.1 using ODIN app on PC
3.Boot into TWRP and in wipe section select format data and type "YES"
4.Reboot to recovery once
5.go to install section and select the ROM zip file to be flashed. Select clean install in installer and I explained the rest in my One ui 3.1 port installation video and it's literally the same here.
Tip: you may need to flash the ROM twice to boot fine as you come from Stock.

A02 will get the update officially by Samsung. check their time line in your region using Samsung members app. And we can't support devices we don't have

70 to 80% of the banking apps will work if you follow root detection note which i shared in telegram group.

1.7 has almost everything in cam working with one ui 3.1 but it has some other bugs in ui which 2.6 does not have. Meanwhile 2.x has cam issues as written in buglist. You got to decide which one's the best for you
Btw have you tried any usb c dock for dex as it only works on s10 and higher models
As you have ported note 10 rom so usb c dock dex may work
