How To Flash
In order to prevent TWRP crash that make Magisk not installable, use this TWRP Patched: xdaforums.com/...
If you notice the "failed to mount /omr" and "failed to mount /preload" they are common and not a real issue. You can easily solve this by wiping OMR and Preload in Wipe/Advanced Wipe menu

0. Make a Backup of EFS and of all your stuffs before proceeding
1. Open TWRP by pressing volume up+ bixby + power buttons
2. Press on "Install" and select Universal9810_Repartitioner xdaforums.com/...
3. Reboot to TWRP
4. Press on "Wipe" and select "Format Data" then type "yes"
5. Reboot again to TWRP
6. Press on "Install" and select Universal9810_Cleaner xdaforums.com/...
7. Reboot again to TWRP
8. Press "Install" and select NOBLEROM zip
9. Follow AROMA instruction and at the end of installation, reboot
10. Enjoy Noble ROM

This update fixed my Samsung S9 screen flickering and green lines issue! For everyone facing this problem, it's a software issue. I'm not sure if Samsung did it intentionally or by mistake, but the service center advised me to replace the screen! Considering the phone's age and the cost of the screen, I declined. I found this update a year later, and it solved my problem! During installation, there's a question about screen green lines issues. Just select yes. Now the phone works perfectly and has a second life! The screen works! You can test it by turning on always on display. If you turn off the screen, wait few second for AOD to appear and turn on the display it works, also if you turn it on before AOD appears your screen will have problems again, turn it off again, wait for AOD to appear and wait 3 4 more second and you will see that the screen changes and works again.
Mostly intentional to make you buy new one

Surprisingly better than the original ROM!
I did choose to turn off some services indefinitely though but I still set OneUI animations to Galaxy S, not Galaxy A. Hugely recommend it.

Great tutorial! Worked with my s9. I could'nt find some of the links at first but after clicking every link in the description i downloaded the partioner and the cleaner. It takes a bit of patience but after that its easy! I really appreciate you for makling this tutorial

With galaxy note 9 to go in to downlowd mode u need to hold down wolume down and bixby button. While u doing this insert ur cabel from ur pc ito your phone.

What is issues when when i use this rom?
@@wellyekajuliana9368maybe some features that used to work properly in your device won't work properly after you install that custom ROM. Because actually that version are not belong to S9 or Note 9. Also security maters maybe, when you try connecting to samsung account and try sync ecosystem with others samsung devices that you have (maybe). For me, I will keep it in stock, saving money & buying newest samsung phone rather than do this method, too risky

I've switched back to lineage os 20 because it's a lot faster ram & battery conservative also better at gaming
but this Rom has an official camera, real dolby sounds and fewer good things, but we're running an exynos man & it's barely handle anything

Feedback: Device is still not certified after clearing data for PlayStore and Google Services as you stated. How can this be fixed?

@@bgkcreation9955 Thanks for your response. Immediately after installing the Noble ROM, I updated PlayIntegrityFix just as explained in the video. Afterwards, I also updated the Google Services Framework on PlayStore and restarted the device, "Device is not certified" has disappeared completely. So it's neither saying it's certified nor it's not certified. Does that fix it? How else can I confirm it's now certified?

a question: in android 12 i can see all the file names from TWRP wihout to need decrypt, in most android 13 was that not possible, is this in this rom possible? (or need we decrypt system) ?

Followed the guide and it worked perfectly fine, thanks. As you mentioned face recognition and super slowmo wont work but there is another bug. On AOD it always shows charging. Just a question. Will there be updates for it, like having s24 ultra fw on s9 plus? For newer options like ai. And also how can we update? Which source and site can we check to see if there is an update to this fw
Update: yes i saw the fix for aod charging fix and didnt like it much. But i was not able to fix ram plus feature. Could you make a video about how to wipe f2fs data in order to fix ram plus. And also is it safe? Wont the whole phone data be gone?
update got released 4.0.5 and yes about ram plus feature , will try to make video, developer's trying there best to fix things and hopefully which are not related to hardware will get fix

custom rom actually is not suitable for banking apps and payments, some apps runs bypassing it but heavily secure cannot be bypass

Volume key down, bixby and power doesnt enter odin mode it just tries to turn on the phone, i have oem unlocking enabled etc but wont work

yes you can, in case if you have backup your current rom then you can restore but not confirm will boot or not, but any time you flash stock rom back on your mobile, tutorial video link provided in description

server approved hoga to network yes work kreyga, agar rooted patched approved howa to network work nahi kareyga, CPID i think it is server approved

I have installed the rom successfully and it works fine, but I have some problems with the functionallity of some features like routines, samsung pass does not work, the camera app crashes sometimes when taking photos and so on. Would be glad when there would be come out a fix for these problems. Thanks.

Fun fact, you don't need patched TWRP I installed it without the patched TWRP and it works pretty good

Okay another annoying bug found. Your phone wont connect directly to your smart watch like before as soon as turning bluetooth on. Now you have to use galaxy wearble every time to pair them which is soo annoying. Also every time you connect to your car media system you have to input the security code
bluetooth library patcher module need to be install with magisk module, then this bug will gets fix
