Sorry! I have a little error in my video. The strip dies are from Simon Says Stamp, not Altenew as it says on the screen. Here is the correct info: • Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Label Dies

I have seen in your previous videos, you use temporary tape and then take a whole stamp set of sentiment strips. You leave them on the acetate they come on and lay that face down on your paper. Then close the stamp positioner lid. The temporary tape holds it on the lid, to be inked, then stamped repeatedly. I have been using this idea ever since. I make cards for cancer patients, so I use lots of sentiments. I can stamp these in several colors. My friend Amy Ware shows how she keeps her sentiments in the vinyl baseball card pockets. So you can sort them in a pocket. This has been such a great tip for me. Just keep a binder with all your sentiment strips and pull that out when needed.
I truly appreciate your time and effort to share these ideas. Last year I made over 4000 cards myself and put them into packets of 5 cards. The Cancer center at Emory has been handing them out to patients for 5yrs now. As I have always been a crafter, now that I am disabled, it is my daily purpose.

I've been a follower of yours for years, and absolutely love your videos. I've also been a card maker for years but, if you can believe it, have never stamped! I either handwrite or print out sentiments. Having just redone my craft room, I've been inspired to start learning to stamp, and, of course, thought of you. Wow, I learned so much from this one video, so I can't wait to go back and watch all of your other videos. You make everything seem simple and doable. Thanks!

Love this!!! I don't know if anyone else has suggested this, so my apologies if this is a repeat. I don't have a laminator, but packing tape will achieve the same thing. I have loads of paper scraps that will be perfect for making these templates!!! Thanks, Jennifer!

I made my templates tonight and cut a bunch of white strips . I’ll need to cut some black ones too. My Tim Holtz trimmer had 1/2” marks so I ended up using a fiskars I never use instead. I just guessed at the 3/8” by moving it one mark so it should be the size in the middle of the 1/2 and 1/4” I hope! I think this is brilliant! Your engineering degree is showing! Lol great I Dea!

You have NO idea how timely this video is. I have been going through existing stamps to organize sentiments that could be used for strips. I have reworked storage for premade sentiments. Fantastic tutorial, Jennifer. Love the templates. Love both your cards. And, just a note, I watch your tutorials not as "ads to sell product" rather as tips and ideas using the products you already have. If I buy after watching, it's only because I love the product. That said, I love that you do list all the products used, for that reason. And, more often than not I have the product and you've shown me how to make the most of it!

This is my favorite video in a long time! I think that’s going to be on my to do list tomorrow; make the templates and cut some strips! I don’t have any of the kind you used that have the solid stamp around the words so you can stamp in color so that will have to go on my list of things to get. I just today got an order from TE of sentiment dies! I could have used this! But they have sentiment stamps that come with many stacked that you stamp at once and then cut out. I would love to see the video you said you did on making a template with the SSS sentiment die set. I have that! I didn’t see the link you said you would show us.
