Hi! I should have mentioned in the technique that I like to do the embossing folder before the sprays so they colors settle in the valleys and gives a more unique look. :)
You did an AMAZING job making these cards with your recovering shoulder. Your brother did a GREAT job, too! It’s so wonderful that he works with you. You are very lucky to have him. These cards are BEAUTIFUL and I learned so much. The partial die cutting tips are fabulous and I will definitely use these ideas. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you do for us. I always watch your videos as soon as I see them posted. Take care of that shoulder…and rest.
Amazing, even being limited by an arm sling you are able to produce such stunning cards. So glad your recovery is going smoothly and that you are healing well
I love the fluffy critter from Lila! It’s so sweet that she made something to comfort you. 💕 Gorgeous cards as always and prayers for a quick recovery.
Such gorgeous cards Jennifer! It's going to help me a lot when I make these kinds of backgrounds and have no idea what to do with them. Everything I try makes the card look so hectic, this will be just right. Can't thank you enough for ALL you do to keep us inspired and excited about our craft! 💕 Also, please take care of your shoulder and do as the Dr says! As a chronic back pain sufferer that didn't after her surgeries, I can tell you that the healing process may seem long and difficult, but it's soooo worth it to have your health and capabilities later! Take care! ❤
Wow!!! These cards are gorgeous! I love the partial die cutting and those mica backgrounds...amazing! So glad you are able to get crafty so soon after your surgery. I'm super impressed that you can use your left hand for the inking with the brayer. Wishing you continued healing! Thank you for your dedication and inspiration. 😍
I appreciate the in-depth commentary that you do for every video!! You are such a great teacher! And I don't mind the longer videos, it's just more crafty creative inspiration for the rest of us! 🥰
Jennifer, these are so nice! It seems like a simple way to do cards but they look professional! I love this technique and I think I'm going to try it. I make cards for local churches and think this technique will work respectfully for sympathy cards as well as thinking of you cards. Thank you for taking time to show us several different ways to do this. ❤
Wow, Jennifer, that first background you did (to use an old saying) blew my mind!!! It is so gorgeous! Love what you did today and I'm amazed that you are already doing videos with your arm in a sling!! So impressive & we are all so grateful! (PS - no need to apologize for Arnold peeking into the camera occasionally! Lila did a great job and it's so sweet that she made him for your sling & he deserves to be shown off!) (Thanks, Mike, for helping Jennifer!)
Jennifer, you always open your dialogue with "I'm glad that you're here." Well, right back at you! After your surgery you soldier through just as you do before your surgery! Such a trooper. And these sample cards you've made here are excellent examples to represent autumn. Always happy to see your videos and become inspired by them. Keep well, my friend.
Sorry you had to have surgery shoulder is harder to get over! I’m glad your able to get back in the craft room , I know that your favorite place to relax , take care,we enjoy anything you inspire us with!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really appreciate how much you use scrap paper to add demension instead of always relying on foam tape. This is a really eco-friendly technique and a great way to reduce waste. 😊
Don’t apologize for Arnold! He’s cute. And we love long videos! You are brave to video with a bad arm. I have an idea for the card with the panel all the way to the right. (With stars) That sentiment panel could be one that’s attached to the back of the card so it will swing out to open it up!
I love watching your videos. There is always some element that makes me rethink my supplies. Keep them coming and sending prayers for a speedy recovery.
I’ve had shoulder surgery on both sides. I do hope that you have a very fast and complete recovery with no complications. May God bless your recovery. Thank you for all your fabulous vide!!!❤🙏🏻
Jenn, thanks so much for these beautiful cards, and hope you get better and back to your 100% and won’t feel any pain on your shoulder. Take a break so you can heal faster ❤️😘❤️ Gracias!!!
Jennifer, I hope your surgery will be successful and will stop the painful movement. Please put yourself 1st, we all love and look forward to each video you do but we want you to comeback at your pace. I find doing cards to be the best help, better than any medication, even if I end up trashing it, the process is my best medicine. Lots prayers for your recovery!!!!!
Gosh.... These cards are so so gorgeous! I'm amazed at what you can do after your surgery. I hope you are doing well Jennifer. Sending healing wishes🍀😘
This video is amazing for two reasons: so many beautiful cards and the fact that you’re doing so much after a shoulder surgery! Please take care and heal! I had shoulder surgery on both sides and I know how rough the recovery is.🥰
Silly ol' bear ~ if we told you once, we told you 1,000 times . . . we LOVE the long videos! No need to ever EVER apologize for the longer ones. They are a gift . . . a bonus! 'Preciate you. Heal well.
These cards are stunning Jennifer! You always bring us such unique techniques . I always learn so much from you! I hope your shoulder heals well and quickly.
Beautiful cards! The shine of those mica stain sprays is gorgeous and the finished cards are beautiful. Thank you so much for reminding us about partial cutting… I forget how effective it is 😊. Sending wishes for your speedy recovery.
Jennifer I pray for a successful recovery of your shoulder. Both my shoulder joints have pain in them and I'm limited on what I can do with my arms. I'm glad you did this while your still young. Lila is so talented and she's a chip off the old block. A real worker just like you. Always love your video's and I always will. Your a great teacher...just look at Lila. Take care and love the video..take care and GB........ pat
Ooooo I’m loving theee card techniques and ideas ! Thanks Jennifer and I hope your arm heals completely. Shoulder surgeries take longer than just about other repair surgery is what my knee therapist told me. So hang in there during your recovery!
Hello!! I really appreciate that as you are using your different tools and materials, you are also showing us the name of each one of them. This has helped me to buy the necesary to do my own cards!! Thank you for taking the time to label in the video your materials needed.
Yet another wonderful, informative video. Having had two shoulder surgeries, on my dominant arm, I feel for you! You are amazing! I love your “long” videos. ❤️ Here’s to a speedy recovery 🤗.
And this is why you're the G.O.A.T.! I am addicted to mica sprays! These backgrounds are sensational! W❤W!! Thank you as always. XOXO P. S. More Arnold!

I really appreciated this video for all the variations on the partial die cuts. I've never seen the technique before, and after watching this tutorial, I feel confident to try this myself. Thank you for making the video and sharing the technique, especially after having shoulder surgery 😊
I hope you heal quickly. Definitely move it because you can get a frozen shoulder and that is no fun. I love these new products. Especially that Snowflake. I don't have any Mica Stains but now I really would like to have a few. Your creations are lovely.
Beautiful!! I love TH mica stain sprays! I’m so glad you showed how it looks on regular paper too! These cards are so pretty and I feel I can achieve a great result with what I have (I always appreciate how you explain the techniques so we can use what we have to get a similar result!). Your daughter is so talented! I tried crochet a few times and with my carpal tunnel I found it was too difficult. I applaud those who can crochet!! Glad you are on the mend 🥰 TYFS! ❤️🦋💜
Gorgeous, gorgeous cards! Thank you so much for sharing. Sending healing thoughts. I just had a knee replacement 2 wks ago. Looking forward to being able to sit comfortably to apply these techniques. ❤️🤗
Fantastic! Take it easy on that upper arm. I bet the shoulder is tender after this workout. I had one shoulder repaired and a couple years later we found another real problem so I had a reverse shoulder replacement. Now the other shoulder’s excess bone has destroyed the rotator cuff but it has to wait in line for surgery. My own special problem, I have survived watch your excellent videos. Thank you for your kindness!
Hi! I should have mentioned in the technique that I like to do the embossing folder before the sprays so they colors settle in the valleys and gives a more unique look. :)
I was totally going to ask that! Lol! You’re amazing!
I was just about to ask this question! Thanks!
I did wonder about why you didn’t just wait and emboss after. Thanks!
