    Wow, Zack thanks so much, for this presentation and looks like it's a very reliable esc with affordable price! Cheers mate 👍 👌

      Hi buddy. You’re welcome. Glad it helps. I like this esc..the default governor gain work well for certain motor but my 550-700 requires adjustment (increase gain) to meet my preference☺️

    Wish they would make a 200A the ZTW Hb heli lineup goes 130A -> 160A ->300A with the 160A $169 and the 200A 500$ that's a huge jump they need something in between.

    Great review. I have the 65A version, would you perhaps know how to connect the ESC telemetry (not using Futaba/Sbus), is this using the separate yellow wire to a RX UART? I have this setup through Rotorflight and the Matek G474-Heli. Telemetry appears to be working but there is no current telemetry.

    • @bardspii2u
      @bardspii2u  4 месяца назад +1

      I have very limited knowledge on this. Even with futaba sbus, the changes for the current can only be ‘noticeable’ during flight, not on the ground. Do yours make any changes if spool with 0 load?

    Hey Zack . Hope all is well . So I picked up the ZTW skyhawk 125A for the goblin 380 . So there’s 2 sets of wire RBW . For the throttle and send power to the receiver. And the other set RYB wire where would they go to the governor port on the ikon2 .

    • @bardspii2u
      @bardspii2u  10 месяцев назад

      I would go for 160A. ZTW 130A HV only offer quite limited peak current, about 160A only. Might as well get the 160A instead.

      @@stevealoia okay, what u will need to do, that rx has 4 modes. U will need to change the default mode 1, to mode 2 to enable SBUS2.
      Starting by pressing the Link/Mode button and power up. Hold it for a few sec and release the button, you will see red led blink once and alternate. Change the mode by pressing it one time, and now it will blink 2 times which indicates your rx is in mode 2 (SBUS2 enabled). To save it, press the link/mode button and hold for a few seconds. Once done, unplug your main power pack.
      Now, the telemetry line (single wire) should be connected to SBUS2, signal pin.
      Your esc wire should be connected to channel 3. (Throttle)
      There you go. On your tx, Go to Linkage > Sensor, see if it detect any reading.
