This is set in the BIOS under the guise of cooling settings. It is NOT necessary to set it to high performance. It needs to be set to "automatic". Use a monitoring program like Msi Afterburner or something else and set the display of video core power consumption. The load should be something like 25 watts (that’s how it is for me). Also make sure that the RAM operates in dual-channel mode and with a frequency of 3200. Also in the AMD settings, in the game section - video card - set the "performance" profile.
i have same processor laptop and playing Genshin Impact. after billions testings and tryes i can give u settings i use for comfort play: Resolution: 1080p - FPS lock: 30 - Vsync: ON - Render Resolution: 0.8 - Shadow Quality: LOW - Visual Effects: High - SFX Quality: Medium - Environment Detail: Medium - Anti-Aliasing: FSR 2 - Volumetric Fog: Off - Reflections: ON - Motion Blur: High - Bloom: ON - Crowd Density: High - Co-Op Teammate Effects: Partially Off - Subsurface Scattering: Medium - Anisotropic Filtering: 8x. Additionally in AMD Software Games - Genshin Impact set Radeon Chill to ON and lock both framerates to 30FPS. Using this setup we have really looking good graphics and 30 fps almost everywhere. Ofcourse FPS drops happens in some scenes,but rarely. It well playable to do ALL content in game with the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful picture

Why in these video the gpu fq is only showing 800mhz, it should be 1800 or is it a bug in monitoring software

Ryzen chips are very sensitive to dual channel RAM ,even my laptop graphics performance increased drastically after a RAM upgrade

TDP goes to 25W, but once CPU starts to overheat, TDP is lowered (Thermal Throttling)

use amd tuning utility and go to premade preset and put it to balance

ya usa 2.0gb por defecto, almenos en mi caso con 16gb de ram, tiene 500mb dedicadas pero toma 1.5 gb de la ram normal prestadas entonces queda en 2.0
