I like how this PC runs exactly the same as the computers I remember using in primary school - even had GTA and a thousand viruses preinstalled by classmates.

Lmao, yeah I have an idea to absolutely fill this thing up with 2000's viruses for a video in the future.
Thank you RUclips algorithm for recommending this gem. It really took me back to the days when I had no adult responsibilities and spent all day playing around with old hardware :-)
I did something similar. I put a Nvidia GeForce 8400GS 512MB into a PC with only 256MB and a Pentium III 750Mhz. Not very modern, but since the PC only has PCI slots was limited on options. The newest game that worked was Fallout: New Vegas at a lovely 1-3fps. Good video btw! subbed.
I remember using that same monitor back in the day, used it with my laptop that had the display broken ,and still remember that the vga cable was always so screwed,if it wasnt inserted correctly it gave the blue filter ,btw playing gta sa on a integrated graphics from this motherboard is like burning down some souls,i played my first gta sa on an intel core 2 duo with just 2 gb ram,an intel gma 950 with 256mb vram and an overclocked clock speed, from the classic 0.25ghz to 0.70ghz, an high improvement thanks to the bios on that damn pc ,after 18 years it still work fine but the gma sometimes desolder from the board

I figured it was the VGA cable. Good to know haha. Lmao yeah I used to play GTA SA on a Celeron D PC with integrated graphics.. That was something else lol.
I had a Sempron 3000+ for the socket 754 back in the day. With 1GB of ddr 400 ram. It can be overclocked to 2GHz and with an Ati radeon x1650 it can run Oblivion. Of course when using Windows 7 with such a single core cpu computer, you have to turn off all the things that hinder performance. Or just use Windows Xp. I did pair it once with a Radeon HD3650 and a HD4850 but those were overkill even back in the day. For a legacy Xp computer I always suggest the core 2 duo E8400 at 3GHz or Athlon X2 6000+ BE and 2x2GB of ddr3. Its not really hardware from back in the day of early 2000s and Xp times, but its easier to find these days and its cheap while it will make the old gpus like FX 5800 or ati 9800pro really shine.

Oh yeah, I got an E8400 GTX 550ti PC for XP (a bit newer of a gpu, but I don’t care about this not being time period correct). I wanted to use XP on this, but the 1030 is too new for that sadly lmao
pov those youtubers pcs when they say they have a good pc
Wow i don't know if I've EVER seen a cpu thats just pegged at 100% without at least dropping down to 99% for a second
Yeah this thing is... something else LMAO. Even a Northwood P4 is faster than this thing.

alright dude, I am gonna give you a shot, give us some good ancient tech.
Haha, depends how ancient you want it to be! (I genuinely have tech from the mid 90's to nowadays lmao)

Haha glad you enjoyed the video!
chris is peak
You should build a low end gaming sleeper pc out of it
Haha I actually probably could, I might get my hands on some older gaming parts soon, so I’ll definitely consider it! Thanks for the idea!
No problem I’m gonna watch the vid when it’s out
@@LeCatBeamMP Haha yeah I gotta get the parts first

i made it my wallpaper
Lmao amazing!
It would have been better if you also upgraded the case, motherboard, cpu, cpu fan, ram, hard drive, power supply, and all the cables.
Indeed, it's such an amazing computer definitely
This case is the ultimate (like Windows Vista Ultimate) gem found in a scrap yard.
oh nah a 2004 cpu is wild
Half life 2 ahh cpu literally💀

That 1030 is perfect for some sff office i7 4770 computer upgrade 👍
Yeah, I had it in an sff PC before taking it out for the video lmao
bro u used 8x msaa on gta sa thats why it is slow
It’s GPU dependent, it should be no problem for the 1030.
@chris, but well, bottlenecks..
Well thats better than the old dell optiplexes🇨🇿
u should make a disc server
Maybe, I am just bad at managing stuff like this lmao
Chris you are from czech?
Yes.
he is from czech.
cool i am too
jako gt 1030 sice bych nebral moc jako "modern GPU" ale i tak dobrý video :D
Eh, vyndavat 2070 z kompu se mi nechtělo a čekat na 5080 taky ne. Ale díky!
