The description of the rules is accurate, but there are several mistakes in execution. She misses an extra turn of her own, and also a capture that the opponent should have collected by landing in an empty cup. Pay attention to what's said, not what you see.

You don't capture your own stones if you land on your opponents empty slot.
You are not playing right you have to stop when you’re stone lands on an empty circle then the next player can go and if you land on a circle that as stones in it you pick it up and keep going
I don't understand the ending can you explain, please? How do you know who gets the stones when one side has all empty cups? Does it go by who had the last turn gets what is left on the other side?
The empty side ends the game and the side with pebbles goes to whoever's mandala it is on the side that still has pebbles. You can intentionally hoard pebbles if you see your opponent is about to clear their side. That way you can easily win all of your pebbles.
