    I have to rewatch a lot of your videos often cause I'm old and my memory isn't all there. Plus it's a lot of rewiring. But it's clicking more and more, I'm almost there. Thanks so much💯

    Dipping shot saved my shooting as it doesnt use legs and forearm 'str.' Once i got older, i have no lift in my legs and cant use my arms to snap the ball for distance. Dipping help generate enough for consistent 3s.

    That's correct, when I dip the ball like that I am more accurate with my shot too.
    Other players have their own way of dipping; but this style is I think the standard way.

    is it a point of concern if shots go sideways or swirl like some of yours did? i get a bit dissatisfied as if i willed the shot in but i guess its detrimental to always expect a perfect swish as we're not robots. i just cant help but think im falling into the habit of having a weird release that's causing that kind of effect

    Your shoot looks realy unnatrual. When Ball goes up your body still go down a bit and a bit pause of motion on the setpoint. You kill most energy from your legs or upward motion.
