    用面粉洗,不是把面粉放在水里,是把面粉洒在濕排骨上,不加水揉差,面粉粘滑,起到吸附杂质的目的。面粉放进水里根本没有吸附杂质的功能。同理洗草莓,葡萄都是先用清水冲洗,然后洒上面粉搓擦一会儿再冲洗干净。

    做法跟魚湯相似也跟紅燒類似 先煎炸後煮燉
    加水必須要燒開 料理肉類魚類等蛋白質的食物 起鍋前再調味
    避免 鹽巴過早下 影響肉質

    我跟你用的一样的砂锅,全程用砂锅炖了2个小时,即使是砂锅上只有一个小气孔排气,开最小火,全程也加水了大概4-5次。不明白你为什么也是炖2小时而全程都没提到加水的事,你是完全不加水吗?我一直担心加水会让汤变稀而不好喝,但是没办法,不加水每次水少了20%又不敢不加,还是加了4-5次,希望具体说下你中途加水的事,谢谢

    We boil soup very ec way. Boil water first then add in ribs n ginger then add radish let it boil for an hour then ok. Is this d wrong way?

    血腥來自骨頭 用麵粉水洗無用 懂不 光看你的湯色 就知到腥臭 而且還煮太久 肉都乾柴無味了
