This might be my favorite Nether track after a friend made a dark ambient arrangement. He accented the lower notes and altered the melodic intervals to create this black-toned masterpiece. about 2 years ago i played minecraft for the first time with someone who is my now best friend. we were in the nether desperately trying to fight of wither skeletons, we were so close to dying so we ran off and buried ourselves in a hole until we regenerated. we were both silent until she said “this music sound so nice”. at that point i knew how much i liked her, because i was thinking the exact same thing, this song will always have such a special place in my heart
I think the minecraft song is probably the most heartbreaking thing I've never heard. Cause I've played minecraft for years, I've been lost in the nether, with the song in the ears, I've built, I've mined, only simply thing, but this was my way of played, it was only my (or our, with my friend -You_Sh0ot- if you come here), no rules, just play and be enchanted by this song. i must say i disagree, because the piano sounds exactly the same, and since this is piano only, it lacks the nether sounds, however, i doubt that anyone will ever make a better piano tutorial for this song
well at least you hear both, also it's the overworld that needs the old soundtrack the most, because Lena Raine's overworld songs suck, and the nether ones aren't as good as C418's, but they're ok
