    I have to make this a practice. I don’t look at anything written on the fridge. I have written affirmations, as well as an ideal body picture. My daughter who is skinny, asked me to remove it as she is the only one seeing it on the fridge and losing all the weight and she has become underweight .

    This was pleasant & appreciated. My apples have sat in the bottom of the fridge, untouched, for a good two weeks.
