The trinity is straight from the Roman Catholic doctrine, no matter how people try to say it. There are only a couple of passages in the Bible that may sound one way but study and one will find the truth on them in regard to 3 in 1 or 1 in 3, and SOP that sound one way, but others that say what seems to be contradiction. It takes lots of time and serious search for truth, but well worth it. God bless. Father and Son, and their Spirit.

His theological point of view about the 7 levels of Christianity makes absolute sense. I was able to identify many brother and sisters, myself included, based on the Christianity leves that Dr Jennings describes so well. It’s very sad to see that so many of us function on level 4 and below. A lot of the comments here proof that this is absolutely real.

I found the description of ‘diagnosis’ rather than ‘punishment’ to be a particularly usefully and quick way of understanding and explaining it, thanks. When you discussed 666, I can happily agree with the distinction of God’s design laws vs man made laws, but the link with that to the ‘mark of the beast’ seems tenuous at best. I don’t understand much about Adventist views but I would have thought that the understanding that 7 is the number of completion and rest was well known, 8 being the number of new beginning (related to the week and seen in lots of wee ways like 8 in tithe ark as a ‘type’ of a new beginning). 6 is a number of ‘falling short’ and therefore ‘sin’. The observation that Islam honours the 6th day, has, I think, significance. Iike the trinity and our 3 dimensional world, a 3 times repetition may signify the totality of something (also in some Jewish thought) so 666 fits with the antichrist, false prophet and satan trinity. Taking satan’s mark, seems to be about aligning with him.

I don’t know but if there was one and for some reason it wasn’t suited for them and now they go on Sunday?? I was Catholic then at 19 Protestant , then at58 yrs old heard the Sabbath message. I would never go back to a Sunday church. Many of which I attended were different dominations, after receiving the new light. Come out of Babylon don’t go into her unless God specifically gives you a mission.
At 15:38 the Doctor asks, "How many tribes were left by the time Jesus came?" He answers "two." My bible says twelve; Act 26:7; James 1:1. And there remained 12 till A.D.70.
No, the bible doesn't say that...only two tribes remained in Judea....Benjamin and Judah, which kind of merged into one-Judah-at the time of Christ. Now, the bible-and I'll use Paul himself here-refers to the church of God as Israel (Galatians 6). See, God always had a True Israel in the Midst of Israel.....that is why Paul says in Romans 10 and 11 that God always have had a REMNANT within Israel who was always loyal to God....and when the Jewish nation rejected Christ, Christ still had a Remnant among them (who became known as Christians) who received Him as their Lord and Savior. Hasn't God already judged the dead? And in 1844 He has entered the Most Holy Place and started the judgment of the living? So how is it that those who will die the second death have a choice to enter the New Jerusalem after the Millennium if their close of probation has already happened?
No, sister White said that in 1844, the judgement began first for the righteous dead...so the exact point when Christ has switched from the cases of the dead to the cases of the living is not mentioned. 1844 Just denotes the starting point of the whole Investigative Judgement, starting with the cases of the righteous dead and then, to go on to the righteous living.

This is not at all what might be considered a popular video and after looking at the comments I cannot see anything where someone has actually prompted you to answer a difficult bible question. I would like to ask you a difficult bible question mr. Preacher man... please respond timely and in writing and if you would like to make a video response for me to view, do so and post the link as a response to this comment, please. So, I am a skeptic and critic who enjoys challenging irrational beliefs wherever I might encounter them. I believe an enlightened and rational world is a peaceful one, but maybe I am wrong, I suppose as long as religions (especially abrahamic religions) exist, we will never have a truly enlightened and rational world. One of the most irrational claims I have ever encountered is the unwavering belief that Christians from all denominations hold that the christian bible is literally the "word of God". The most absurd aspect of this statement is probably the most obvious, the fact that it was written, compiled and translated by human beings. Nevermind the fact that there is no observable evidence that the christian concept of God has any basis in reality. However, for the sake of hypotheticals, I am willing to make a few concessions in order to ask you my very important question. 1) Let's assume that God is real. 2) The Christian Bible indeed contains the words of God. Obviously, not all words in the bible are the words of God, after all, God would have to be a clinical schizophrenic to say himself, "then the word of the lord came to me saying" followed by words spoken clearly by an entity other than the one making the introduction. If I am to concede that the Bible indeed contains the words of God, you must also be willing to concede that not all words in the bible have come from God, there are also human words mixed in. If some words in the bible are actually God's words but not all words are God's words, how do we fairly distinguish which words are God's words and which words are not? 3) My 3rd consession is to accept that those words which are clearly identified in the text as the words of God (i.e. the quote following "God said...") are indeed the words of God in the Bible, meanwhile, all those words which are not clearly identified as such are the mixed in words of humans. Is that fair? Ok, now that I have made these very generous concessions, here comes my real difficult question... Now that we have determined that the Bible indeed contains the words of God mixed in among words of men and now that we have agreed that those sections identified as God actually speaking are those words of God, if we go through the entire bible from cover to cover and highlight all of the sections where God rather than men is speaking, then we lay each individual book of the bible out in its own place on a table and then start putting the books back together ordered first with the book containing the highest percentage of highlighted text in descending order and then after the book with the lowest percentage greater than 0% is added to the compilation, the remaining books are clustered together and joined to the compilation in a special section labeled "appendix". How many books will there be in that appendix, what would those books be and why is it that throughout all denominations of the christian religions, these are the books that are by far the most crucial parts of the bible from which all of christianity bases and derives its fundamental beliefs and meanwhile those books which would actually be closest to the top cover are most commonly those same books that Christians are very quick to point out no longer apply, thanks to the doctrines founded in those books found in the appendix? Can you see ANYTHING wrong with that picture?🤔🤔
Unfortunately this video is so old Dr. Jennings probably won’t reply. I really hope he does. There’s also the fact that this group of Christians believe that the whole Bible still applies to us today. everything in there is applicable to every human being on the planet. If you’re really interested in the answer to this question watch more of his videos. Also, watch Doug Batchelor. But, most importantly read the Bible and ask God to help you see the truth. But ONLY if you want to know the truth .
I’m surprised someone who dosent beleive the Bible is the word of God would listen to a teaching like this, I suspect the Holy Spirit is drawing you and wants you to enjoy a relationship with him. The Holy Spirit is the answer to all your questions and he is spirit of God who compels people all thru the different ages to write the word of God which has amazing qualities of congruence and wisdom that comes on;y from above. Choose life." Isaiah begins with god ranting about how they have grown so comfortable in the choice of death instead.
Read Ezekiel 18 and Ezekiel 33, sacrifice does not clear sin, turning way from sin and DOING RIGHTEOUSNESS is the only way. Forgiveness is not automatically given no matter what you confess or believe, forgiveness is earned only by ceasing to commit sin and choosing, intentionally, to "do those things which are lawful and right." When the lying roman military agent's pontifications conflict with the words from god's own mouth, believe those words from God's own mouth instead. It is interesting, because I see “holes” in some of his intellectual thinking. “Blindness is a true reality to a person who sees one way (Carlton Foster).” However, some of his reasonings are correct, but there are religious “holes” in some of his interpretations of the words and inspirations of God (the Bible).

This implies that husbands are more selfish and thus he will rule over the wife? However, it also implies that if wife gets more selfish, she will rule over the husband! So whoever is ruling over the other is more selfish. Therefore, our bosses are selfish; the ruler of countries are more selfish than the citizen; God is more selfish than those fear him. The argument has holes...

When the text reads - God will "bring with" Jesus those who have fallen asleep in verse 14, Paul is teaching that God will bring the righteous living and righteous dead back to heaven after Christ raises them from the dead. The righteous do not descend from heaven - they ascend. The New Living Translation says this - God will "bring back" with him, the believers who have died in Christ. The emphasized bible quotes the text as - For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also will God "bring forth" with him them who have fallen asleep through Jesus. So the whole passage from 1st Thess. 4: 13-17 is saying - that if Jesus was raised from the dead, then we who believe in Jesus will also be raised, and then together, we will ascend to heaven. Verse 17 confirms this by saying - then we who are alive and remain shall be "caught up together" with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord. And the word translated - bring, can also be translated to carry...or to lead or to bring. And Professor George Knight, an Adventist scholar says the word should be translated or understood to mean - to take . So, if we use the word - to carry, as in - to carry to heaven, or we could say - to take to heaven, that coincides with John 14. 1-3, where Jesus said He is going away to prepare mansions for us and will come again to take us to heaven. You can check out Strong's Greek / Hebrew dictionary for this translation of the word for either bring or carry, the reference would be under the word - bring, and the number given is 71. But this is the main point. He is teaching what scripture does not teach. He is putting SDA pastors down and himself up. He is also causing division in the church because he preaches a wrong interpretation. But most importantly - he is causing people to "distrust" the leadership and that could shake someone's faith in the teachings of the church - which is God's Remnant church. Jesus stressed - "unity" if we distrust each other and live in uncertainty - the devil has a greater chance of us losing our faith, our witness, and our salvation. Don't forget - John Harvey Kellogg, Jones and Waggoner, they all went into pantheism, yet they were brilliant men. So, I would like to know your response. Remember this - there is no such thing as a coincidence only acts of God where he chooses to remain anonymous. If you doubt what I am saying check it out with other pastors on line like - Stephen Bohr, at -----secrects unsealed .org or Doug Batchelor at - amazing facts .org .....no spaces. There are other points I could criticize but this was his foundational text - and it offers no support to his theology.
@David King, all pastors in all churches are wrong in something and right in other things. That's why one should never trust any church or any pastor. Read the Bible for yourself and you'll understand it much better. Go to church, if you want, socialise and make friends, learn a few things ,but never trust that this is the true church of God. You are wrong to say that SDA is the remnant. SDA is just one of the many denominations. The true remnant, the true church of God are all people who will be saved and they are from every corner of the earth. Even those who do not believe in Jesus but live as good people, following God's law, written in their hearts.

It makes me wonder what is wrong with the SDA church these folks chose not to go to or maybe they didn’t have one close. No, the bible doesn't say that...only two tribes remained in Judea....Benjamin and Judah, which kind of merged into one-Judah-at the time of Christ. Now, the bible-and I'll use Paul himself here-refers to the church of God as Israel (Galatians 6). See, God always had a True Israel in the Midst of Israel.....that is why Paul says in Romans 10 and 11 that God always have had a REMNANT within Israel who was always loyal to God....and when the Jewish nation rejected Christ, Christ still had a Remnant among them (who became known as Christians) who received Him as their Lord and Savior. And They were the TRUE Israel--not the apostate unbelievers who despised and rejected the gospel and who, as Paul termed them in Galatians 4 " present Jerusalem, which is in bondage with her children. Then Paul drops this explosive nugget in Romans 2:26-29 and Galatians 3:29, by alerting us that Israel is NOT those who are Abraham's seed according to the flesh, but rather, those who are spiritually children of Abraham. No, sister White said that in 1844, the judgement began first for the righteous dead...so the exact point when Christ has switched from the cases of the dead to the cases of the living is not mentioned. 1844 Just denotes the starting point of the whole Investigative Judgement, starting with the cases of the righteous dead and then, to go on to the righteous living.

This is not at all what might be considered a popular video and after looking at the comments I cannot see anything where someone has actually prompted you to answer a difficult bible question.

So, I am a skeptic and critic who enjoys challenging irrational beliefs wherever I might encounter them. I believe an enlightened and rational world is a peaceful one, but maybe I am wrong, I suppose as long as religions (especially abrahamic religions) exist, we will never have a truly enlightened and rational world. One of the most irrational claims I have ever encountered is the unwavering belief that Christians from all denominations hold that the christian bible is literally the "word of God".
The most absurd aspect of this statement is probably the most obvious, the fact that it was written, compiled and translated by human beings. Nevermind the fact that there is no observable evidence that the christian concept of God has any basis in reality. However, for the sake of hypotheticals, I am willing to make a few concessions in order to ask you my very important question.
1) Let's assume that God is real.
2) The Christian Bible indeed contains the words of God.
Obviously, not all words in the bible are the words of God, after all, God would have to be a clinical schizophrenic to say himself, "then the word of the lord came to me saying" followed by words spoken clearly by an entity other than the one making the introduction. If I am to concede that the Bible indeed contains the words of God, you must also be willing to concede that not all words in the bible have come from God, there are also human words mixed in.
If some words in the bible are actually God's words but not all words are God's words, how do we fairly distinguish which words are God's words and which words are not?
3) My 3rd consession is to accept that those words which are clearly identified in the text as the words of God (i.e. the quote following "God said...") are indeed the words of God in the Bible, meanwhile, all those words which are not clearly identified as such are the mixed in words of humans. Is that fair?
Ok, now that I have made these very generous concessions, here comes my real difficult question...
Now that we have determined that the Bible indeed contains the words of God mixed in among words of men and now that we have agreed that those sections identified as God actually speaking are those words of God, if we go through the entire bible from cover to cover and highlight all of the sections where God rather than men is speaking, then we lay each individual book of the bible out in its own place on a table and then start putting the books back together ordered first with the book containing the highest percentage of highlighted text in descending order and then after the book with the lowest percentage greater than 0% is added to the compilation, the remaining books are clustered together and joined to the compilation in a special section labeled "appendix". How many books will there be in that appendix, what would those books be and why is it that throughout all denominations of the christian religions, these are the books that are by far the most crucial parts of the bible from which all of christianity bases and derives its fundamental beliefs and meanwhile those books which would actually be closest to the top cover are most commonly those same books that Christians are very quick to point out no longer apply, thanks to the doctrines founded in those books found in the appendix?

Choose life." Isaiah begins with god ranting about how they have grown so comfortable in the choice of death instead.
Read Ezekiel 18 and Ezekiel 33, sacrifice does not clear sin, turning way from sin and DOING RIGHTEOUSNESS is the only way. Forgiveness is not automatically given no matter what you confess or believe, forgiveness is earned only by ceasing to commit sin and choosing, intentionally, to "do those things which are lawful and right."

Read between the lines - but that takes time and knowledge and the leading of the holy spirit. Prove all things scripture teaches.

When the text reads - God will "bring with" Jesus those who have fallen asleep in verse 14, Paul is teaching that God will bring the righteous living and righteous dead back to heaven after Christ raises them from the dead. The righteous do not descend from heaven - they ascend. The New Living Translation says this - God will "bring back" with him, the believers who have died in Christ. The emphasized bible quotes the text as - For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also will God "bring forth" with him them who have fallen asleep through Jesus. So the whole passage from 1st Thess. 4: 13-17 is saying - that if Jesus was raised from the dead, then we who believe in Jesus will also be raised, and then together, we will ascend to heaven. Verse 17 confirms this by saying - then we who are alive and remain shall be "caught up together" with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord. And the word translated - bring, can also be translated to carry...or to lead or to bring. And Professor George Knight, an Adventist scholar says the word should be translated or understood to mean - to take . So, if we use the word - to carry, as in - to carry to heaven, or we could say - to take to heaven, that coincides with John 14. 1-3, where Jesus said He is going away to prepare mansions for us and will come again to take us to heaven. You can check out Strong's Greek / Hebrew dictionary for this translation of the word for either bring or carry, the reference would be under the word - bring, and the number given is 71.
But this is the main point. He is teaching what scripture does not teach. He is putting SDA pastors down and himself up. He is also causing division in the church because he preaches a wrong interpretation. But most importantly - he is causing people to "distrust" the leadership and that could shake someone's faith in the teachings of the church - which is God's Remnant church. Jesus stressed - "unity" if we distrust each other and live in uncertainty - the devil has a greater chance of us losing our faith, our witness, and our salvation. Don't forget - John Harvey Kellogg, Jones and Waggoner, they all went into pantheism, yet they were brilliant men. So, I would like to know your response. Remember this - there is no such thing as a coincidence only acts of God where he chooses to remain anonymous. If you doubt what I am saying check it out with other pastors on line like - Stephen Bohr, at -----secrects unsealed .org or Doug Batchelor at - amazing facts .org .....no spaces. There are other points I could criticize but this was his foundational text - and it offers no support to his theology.

You are wrong to say that SDA is the remnant. SDA is just one of the many denominations. The true remnant, the true church of God are all people who will be saved and they are from every corner of the earth. Even those who do not believe in Jesus but live as good people, following God's law, written in their hearts.
