We are also told that even if an angel from Heaven preaches any other gospel (SDA has “another” gospel) let them be accursed!
SDA teaches you must keep the law of Moses…

So this fella might be a real intelligent guy but that doesn’t mean anything if he contradicts Gods Word-SDA is an ISM-and an ISM is not.

The Bible in Job 32:8 defines the human mind as spirit, as the the breath of God embodied in Adam.
In Genesis 2:7 Adam become the embodied breath of Life, this is the Biblical definition of human nature,
brain is never mentioned in the Bible.
