♥ Ingredient List
1 pound eggplants
1 pound ground pork (or your fav ground meat)
1 and 1/2 cups Thai basil
4 sweet peppers
6 cloves garlic
2 Thai chilies
Oil for deep fry the eggplant
2 tablespoons of cooking oil when stir frying in wok
1 bowl salt water (water + 2 teaspoons salt) to soak fresh cut eggplant
♥ Stir Fry Sauce
2 tablespoons fermented Thai soybean paste
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons water

This is one of my favorite Thai stir fry but it is not on Thai restaurant menu very often. Thank you for sharing!! Siri, do you have any Thai recipe for beef liver.
